Sherwood Saturday
Course is definitely challenging in spots particularly for first time playing the course...several blind shots. But overall, enjoyed the course and will go back. Biggest disappointment was pace of play. Was great for about 11 holes then we caught up to the slow groups. 3.5 hour round became a 5 hour round. Seen a Marshall on hole one but never again.
Great value
The course is long and tough, but fair. It's a quite hilly and a very difficult walk, especially the hill after 9. I love the layout. It's a little rough around the edges, but it's a lot of fun to play and I would recommend it to anyone.
Great course
Love golfing this course. It's well maintained. Very challenging course scenery is great. Staff is always friendly and accommodating!!
Hidden gm
Initially built as a private course it's still HRM areas best Leo secret. Always in great shape and despite fact we live 1/2 hour away we are determined to do a stay and play deal at the excellent cottages they have there.
Sherwood was Great!
We used Golf now to book 2 tee times, this was our first time using Golf now and was very affordable and there was no hassle or extra fees on Arrival.
The course is in great shape considering we have had very little rain over the summer, the greens were faster than I usually play. The weather was spectacular warm with a gentle breeze.
Will be back again!
Worth the Trip
The course is a little off the beaten path but my experience was a good one. It's challenging with tight fairways and interesting elevation changes. I will likely be back to improve on the score...knowing the course layout will make a difference here.
Grat Day
Great day playing and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
Nice course.
Course is in great condition and the staff are friendly.
challenging course
Great afternoon paired with 2 great golfing companions. Course was not busy . Not much choice for snacks half way through round. Some of the greens were a bit patchy and chewed up. Overall a wonderful day of golf at a challenging course.
This course could be very good.
This course has a good opportunity to be very good ? Needs a lot of TLC !!!! 5 of the holes r unfair. Tee boxes r terrible. Some don't have grass!! Greens r hard and not in good shape.Cart paths r a mess. Bunkers were terrible! !
Comparing this course to Truro the next day no comparison.

A great round of golf
Love coming here will have to try a stay and play soon cabins look very inviting
Great course well maintained
Found club house staff not overly friendly ( front desk)
We had trouble finding the course. The woman in the clubhouse was very nice and helpful. The course was challenging but fun to play. Being the first time here some of the tee boxes were hard to find and it would be helpful to have the holes on the scorecard.
Hidden gem
I've played this course a number of times over the past 5 years and I'm always amazed how few people I talk to are aware of it it's a great challenging course, always in pretty darn good shape and I'm gonna make a point ione if these days spending a weekend with friends staying and playing a couple of rounds a day. Cottages look awesome. I always explain the course as a mini Glen Arbour course. You really owe it to yourself to check it out.
Campers review
