Mystic Golf Club

Disappointing to see a great course ruined by poor management. We showed up early to hit balls before our round, only to find out ”we close the range on Wednesday's ”, really? We had to play the back 9 first due to maintenance. The greens were pretty fast and the course is in good shape, on the back... We start the back 9 and greens aerated, furry, pins in the wrong place according to the chart, and no marshalls to monitor the slow play. It looks like the inmates are running the asylum, as management has no clue how to run a course...sad.

Appreciated the course albeit incredibly challenging for us. Course was in very good shape and enjoyed the variety Msytic provides. Paired with a great two some. However the pro shop was lacking, waited for a beverage and snack cart as we played mid-afternoon and into the dinner hour. We asked if there was beverage cart before starting on the 1st tee and where re-assured that we would be taken care of. Did not happen.

Really like the course and the challenges it provides. Unfortunately when I arrived they were backed up. Started around 15 mins late and there were two foursomes waiting to tee off on some holes.

Really like the course however pace of a play made it a long hot day

Mystic is one of the most enjoyable courses I've ever played. Well maintained with challenging, scenic, varied holes.

A great deal at its price my only critique is that they should have a drink cart out on the really hot days.

Yardage from forward tees reads as if very fair for women golfers but #10 has two difficult forced

carrries. It's one thing to be challenging, it's another to be downright discouraging. Granted designers must deal with the land they have to deal with I guess. Another hole does not reward a good drive - you have to lay up tot the carry. A wasted shot. The difficulty of the course makes for a lot of lost balls so pace of play can be a problem with people searching too long. I always come back to this course but only after about a two year break from it! Covid handling was well done except for having to lug one's clubs through the pro shop instead of being able to drive a cart to the bag drop.

Good Course, in decent shape. Could be a great course with a little work, holes 9 and 10 are strange and sometimes the fairway the tee angle and fairways are a little off. Honestly, this could be an excellent course if they did a little redesign. However, still worth the play and you'll see what I mean..

I would rather hang out with my wife than play here. Pro shop staff is unbelievable. Stay away

Love playing this course but what's with the substandard conditions? Greens need some TLC. Hope they improve them soon as I'd love to come back and play!

Hot Friday afternoon. No beer carts anywhere. No food available. Course missing out on big revenue streams. The course itself is amazing. Very challenging. Great shape. Cant wait to golf it again.

Had a fun round at Mystic. Reasonable hot deal. Course is in very good condition considering the hot dry weather of late! Course is playable. Fairways are well kept. Greens are medium speed. Lots of challenge in the layout! Will definitely play again!!
