A Beautiful Fall Day
It was a beautiful Fall day for golf. We tee'd off early and finished the round in 3.5 hours. We played Willows and Lakes which, in my opinion, are the two best nines to play. These nines have a few forced carry's from the Blue tees that are a bit long for moderate drivers of the ball. Both I and my partner hit reasonably good tee shots that fell a bit short and went into the hazard. We probably should have played the White tees but the overall length for the only about 6,000 yards and we typically play around 6200 yards on most other course. This is not the course fault. Just two overly optimistic golfer who picked wrong. I would still recommend this course to others.
golf
most tee blocks and traps in poor condition but tat is probably due to time of year. getting ready to shut downt
Greay Course/Poorly maintained
What I mean poorly maintained. Not being able to hire adequate staff for course maintenance, and it shows unfortunately.
Nice Course
This course is excellent except the Sand Traps do need some work. There was grass growing in some. Water in others so could be drainage. Very firm bunkers not very well kept. However, The fairways, rough and greens were pristene.
Great Course
This course is excellent. Greens are great, Fairway excellent. Sand traps need some fixing. No issues on anything. Wonder to play.
Surprising Good
I heard some bad reviews about this course. They were wrong. The course is in great shape. The greens were weren’t as fast as I like it, but smooth and lush.
The only negative are the bunkers. Like many courses, that’s seems to be an issue. Just don’t hit your ball in them and you’ll be fine 🤣
Keep up the good work, and we’ll be back !!
