About
Nestled in the quaint village of Binbrook, Southbrook Golf Club has a charmingly idyllic yet convenient location that is only minutes from the QEW, the 403, and the Lincoln Alexander Parkway. The club first opened in 1969 with a nine-hole golf course, which was later expanded to 18 holes in 1972. A renovation of the golf course resulted in a redesign of five holes on the front nine and a new irrigation system. Southbrook Golf Club now plays to a 6,560 yards and its new challenges demand precision and keen course strategy. The meandering Welland river snakes through the golf course as well, coming into play on 13 holes while also enhancing the natural beauty of the course.

Course is in decent shape given the number of rounds played. Pin placement on number 18 was a bit of a joke... that is placing of said pin on slope between top & bottom tier & having a putt roll back further than where you originally started from... & I am talking @ least 8 feet of roll back.
TERRIBLE
have not played here in 3 years it has gone to terrible shape ...SHAME $38 per person REASONABLE ...then had to pay $48 for a cart .JOKE ...will not go back..
Nice value
Really enjoyed the course. Good value for money some challenging holes and relatively easy to walk
Very slow play
A very good layout and well maintained course. Pace of play was very slow. Course officials were present but did not do anything about it.
Great place
Great course will well kept greens and fairways some of the best carts I’ve used in recent time, the cart paths could use some work it some parts though. Overall a great course for a friendly game of golf with the boys and couldn’t beat the price for quality.
The course was in ok shape but definitely not worth the $70.00.the pace on the back 9 slowed quite a bit to the point we were waiting to hit every shot.
Needs some rain
Tee blocks provide a fair challenge for different
skill sets. On this particular day, lots of brown areas esp
the rough. Greens fine. Just need some rain to come
through soon. Can't argue with lots of roll! Pace of play
was a bit slow due to some "coaching" up ahead.
Marshall came through late in the round.
Restaurant amenities great and all Covid rules in effect.
Two nice patios for outdoor dining.
Round @ Southbrook
Course in good shape, greens were in great shape. Pretty busy but the pace was good, no waiting.
Everything was good except the price
Golf ($34, fees plus taxes , total $60) I could done the same thing with the golf course for $58 , what’s the savings ?
Save your money!
Both times playing here on my day off work, the grounds keepers drove their lawnmowers right next to us while we were trying to tee off or putt. Very unprofessional. Very frustrating considering the price. Not playing here again.
Nice course with friendly staff
Played this course first time enRoute to Niagara Falls. Very good condition with good fairways and true greens plus nice layout. Super friend staff. Definitely will play again next time.
Meh
First time playing here, don’t think we’ll be back. Greens were more pockmarked than Bryan Adams’ face, fairways also in rough shape in many places.
Hate this course! Everything about it stinks...so don't come here (so I can have it all to myself).
