Golfer Reviews
Water fall
The entire 9 holes are muddy, so I can't take a shot.
First round - end of March
Glad to have an open course to utilize.
Early spring conditions.
Work is ongoing there.
Goreway formerly Parkshore
First time back here when it was named Parkshore. This Iams actually my first time playing in 10 years. Kids came along.. Course was in good shape considering the hot dry summer we had. I really like the length of some of the holes. I am not a short accurate hitter. Best 9 holes you can play for the money. Weather was perfect today, little wind and sunny 25c.
Cheers
Doug
Better courses elsewhere
No starter or marshal resulted in waiting 45 minutes to tee off. Poor course conditions and rude staff. Save yourself some time and play elsewhere.
Great value 9-hole
If you are looking for a value-centered 9-hole, this is the place. For a cheaper price, you get many Par 4's and 5's (there are only 2 par 3's). The Par 5's are actual Par 5's with 500+ yrd distances.
Some complaints (albeit i came during crappy rainy/windy weather) were that conditions were a little spotty. Another complaint (totally not based on the course itself) was that there were many slower players ahead and had to play around them.
Longest 9 is right
Took almost 3 hours to play 9 holes. The rough was rock hard and had no grass. The course felt like they gave up on it.
So so
The course was almost impossible to find due to road construction- course needs tlc- too many issues to itemize.
ELECTRICAL
All went well untilI came to the 8th hole, LIVE ELECTRICAL running along the small water way. I traced backed to clubhouse where it plugged into a LIVE outlet in outside bar, this along with extension cords is dangerous and unacceptable.
This must riun about 800 feet (estimate) with white electrical and extension cords. I was SHOCKED. Fix it asap. Will recommned when electrical is fixed
