Banty's Roost Golf and Country Club - White/Red

Very hot day and the group ahead of us was very slow. The course is well maintained and has a good layout. Not a lot of hazzards so good for inexperienced players as well.

We had our work tournament there the last 3 years and it's only getting better , staff were friendly and helpful , off course amenities were upgraded , pace of play was excellent only thing I would say was not tip notch would be that fairways were hard which helped my normal 230 drive turn into 300 lol , overall we had a great time , 4 out of 5 stars

Though conditions have improved over the last 30 years, the ground is very hard, even in the rough, leading to to many unpredictable bounces. The greens were a a little better.

For the price paid and the over booking and slow play on the back 9, I would only play this course early mornings again if I could find a better morning deal

Had friends in from out of town to watch RBC. Booked this course to play a round before they left. Got to the course to find they lost power and couldn’t accept e-payments or cash. The young guy at the desk explained the situation very clearly and apologized profusely. As we were looking for an alternative course they came up with a plan that allowed us to play at the course.

It was already raining when I arrived & I was told NO rain check if you booked thru GOLFNOW, but the starter asked If I wanted a rain check but when told the person inside pro shop said no rain check, she was surprised and apologized for their policy against GOLFNOW players!

Honestly, you get what you pay for but Banty's Roost has gotten better over the years and they've given the place a bit of a facelift. New washrooms which were clean. The course itself is well maintained with workers on the course. Can get a little distracting but people just doing their jobs. Great course to familiarize yourself with your bag and a nice walking course which is fairly flat.

Played a very fast round there an a weekday course was in great shape a good deal for 18 holes
