Cant go wrong here. Such an amazing place to play. Staff is lights out .. …. A+ on all fronts & backs :-)

Went early, so clubs easy to wipe down between shots from ground wetness due to overnight rain. Group in front not the swiftest players; but did keep moving. Quicker would have been better. Else, an enjoyable round. Good and bad shots alike.

Fun times on the course. Only issue is edges/rough is beginning to get out of hand long. Pace adequate.

Course wasn’t groomed very well this round. Many greens had clippings scattered all around. Fairways were wet and long in middle, first cut of rough long and tough to hit from. Fescue requires another trim too! Slightly delayed by group in front, but that’s summertime golf. This course has been and is usually in better condition. I will still return. It’s good enough for more opportunities to improve conditions.

I had an issue with GolfNow booking and never realized that I did in fact have a booked t-time. Sorry for missing out Banty’s Roost. I have enjoyed your course in the past. My error.

I used to play this course three years ago but had given up on it. The previous management didn't take care of the course and it became very dry and virtually unplayable. They also often ran out of carts so players that would/could not walk were stranded waiting for up to an hour after their tee time for a cart to come back. They have 27 holes with a few decent challenges to your game. recently, i started reading much better reviews so we gave it a shot. I was pleasantly surprised. The greens and fairways have been taken good care of and the tee boxes are in good shape. The staff is much younger and very pleasant. We got lucky with no one slowing us down on the front nine and then decent pace on the back nine. I enjoyed it and will be back if we can land a Hot Deal to get great value.

Some slower foursomes playing ahead delayed a few shots, not enough to enrage, but enough to ensure the round took longer than 5 hours to finish. Rough areas just off the fairways need multiple cuts - first cut is way too long. Most holes are not complicated, straight on, trouble can find you without a plan of approach for each hole. Scenery is good. Not the most beautiful course, but you can tell much work has been done to improve the layout and looks to be ongoing for even better play. Good course for intermediate players to achieve a score. Very good course for beginners looking for more of a challenge than the traditional par-3s layouts that most start off at.

Staff very polite and accommodating excellent greens and fairways excellent value!

Brilliant course with some open forgiving holes but also some narrow water holes or hidden greens. We were slowed down by a couple and present ranger helped us play through.

My only regret was not stopping for bbq ( smelled amazing) but i am holding to my diet.

Whatever you’ve heard before, forget it. They’re clearly doing things differently out here now and it shows. Staff was great, pace was good, course in nice shape and greens rolling true. Very pleased with the round, great value for 60+ tax on a Sunday afternoon. Will be back.
