Always a good day at Dragon Fire
This is a great course. We play here every summer and wonder why we don't play there more often. The right price. Well maintained course. Great hotdogs and sausages ;-) great pace of play. It is always a good day at Dragon Fire.
Lovely Course, Good Challenge
Very well maintained course. Greens are a fairly quick speed and pretty consistent. Rough provides the challenge it should but is not unreasonable and extreme to get a good shot out of. Recommend anyone to be sure to give this course a try - you will likely enjoy and play again.
Played here many, many times…
The course condition is deteriorating quickly, the tee boxes need major maintenance, and the price they are currently charging exceeds the value.
I’ve played this course dozens and dozens of times so I am genuinely disappointed to write this.
I won’t be back.
Dragons fire with a touch of rain
The course and the pace was great. The only down side was that the beverage girl went home early and left us Very dry on a hot day. We went with the expectation of getting some rain .... and man did it rain for only 30 mins but it was florida style rain. The rain made the traps a bit soggy but it helped the green out that had been aerated that day making the read a bit easier. Come play the dragon you will be glad you did
Overrated
The course condition never lives up to the price of the green fee.
Solid public course
The twilight rate and time slot is definitely the way to go, as the amenities and course itself don’t necessarily warrant the prime time pricing. The greens were firm and quick, but suffered from lots of spike and ball marks during our twilight time slot, which unfortunately seems to be a growing thing amongst public courses in twilight times. The staff was helpful and informative, and could answer any questions we had.
