This course has a very unique layout
There are many features packed into 18 holes. Well treed with many turns to the right and left. The fairways are generous, however, you must keep it in play. One of the greens is 20 feet elevated and another is 30 feet downhill. Loved the challenge.
Really Improved a lot
Haven;t played this course for many years and today booked a 4some to see how is the course recently. Really surprised that the course is in very good condition, the green and fairway is well kept, bunkers are good even some may be a bit wet underneath due to recent rain but no complain. Staff is very friendly and other players are also very polite. Not a busy day today and we waiting from start to end. We finished in 4 hours time which is good for a 4some. Will play this course again and highly recommend to other players.
tight
I know a lot of people like Glen Cedars, but the reason I'm not too crazy about it is because of the layout. There are some interesting and challenging holes here, but it is a very tight course. The course was packed and I heard golfers yell fore on almost every hole, no exaggeration. Fairways and the one bunker I was in were in good shape. Green speed was a bit inconsistent though.
Hidden Gem
Course was in great shape. We got 18 done in 3 hours, no one in front or behind until the last 4 holes.
Nice Course
The course is nice and somewhat challenging. Unfortunately, there is no driving range, so couldn't get warmed up like usual. In fact, had a noon tee time, and they asked if I wanted to go early (at 11:15). Since there was no driving range, I decided to go, and luckily I did, as there was a big gap such that our twosome went leisurely through the front nine in 1:45. We caught up to the group in front of us at the turn and the back was a slower 2:15, but still not bad for a full 18.
Hidden Gem
I've been playing here since the early 80s.
I play between 10-15 rounds a year here.
With the spring rain , this course is lush , and green .The greens are perfect condition! And fairways as well . The staff are always friendly and helpful.
Try the egg or tuna are back nine favourite at the turn ..
