One of the better one
Nice course, well maintained. Pace of play was a bit slow. It took us 5 hours to complete the round.
Great Course
Enjoyed the round, staff very nice. Great price and great shape.
Will be back
The course was not in great shape. In some cases the rough was very deep in other areas very little grass. Greens were in very good condition and fairly fast. Too many gimmicky holes with blind shots and extreme doglegs. Pace of play was slightly over 4 1/2 hours. There were two open holes ahead of a foursome of some elderly golfers. We were the third foursome behind them and had to wait on every hole. It would have been nice to see a marshal on the course. The carts are gas.
Perfect first visit…
As a weekend golfer visiting Pickering Glen Golf Course for the first time, I was thoroughly impressed. The course layout struck the perfect balance for someone like me—challenging enough to keep things interesting, but not so tough that it felt overwhelming. Each hole had its own unique feel, and the scenery was a pleasant surprise. What really stood out was the friendly service, especially the amazing cart girl, who was so pleasant and made the experience even more enjoyable. From start to finish, I felt right at home, and I’m already looking forward to coming back!
Solid course to play
Painfully slow pace of play. Numerous groups we intersected with had same complaint.
Great track
I used to play this course every week when it was called Glen Cedars, this course is as good now as it was then, love it, just a tad expensive.
