GolfNow customer service is poor
I tried to reach customer service twice with submitting on the form on the website. No confirmation or email reply yet.
My guest did not show up and the pro shop said I had to sort it out with GolfNow but there is no number to call or direct email.
Excellent inner city course.
Super fun track in a little pocket of paradise amidst an otherwise industrial neighbourhood. Pace wasn’t the whole course but we ended up not being paired as a twosome with a slower 4 ahead of us. The course had flooding issues from the mid-July storms so there was a lot of sand and grit everywhere and they hadn’t cut the rough for a week, other than that a really nice day out.
Not for me
Club can’t do anything about the rain accumulated on the course but it made for a tough play cart path only. Pace of play was slow. Overall it’s not a bad course it’s just not for me. Playing off the back tees there are too many holes not long enough off the tee but more importantly on the back 9 specifically the cart path only lines up to the white tees leaving a long walk to the back tees. Most of the time uphill. As I said, not a bad course overall, just not for me.
Review
The gentlemen on the cashier and first tee marshal was quite friendly but the other staff, maily the younger staff, around the golf cart can be more courteous, more attentive and friendlier. I know everone was tired because of the tournament just ended but it shouldn't affect the other golfers who chose your course to play in.
Overall, the experience was good.
Great condition / Layout
Hidden gem
Only issue is the high cost for cart rental… seems unnecessarily high
