Great golf at Bridgewater in Fort Erie
This is such a great golf course and a true hidden gem for some. If you get a chance to play it do not hesitate. Its an amazing golf course.
Hmmmmmmm.
I noticed the new course improvements consist of planting evergreen trees in obscure spots. They had a big crew reading blueprints and planting using a huge corkscrew. If alot of rain comes it will rot the roots as the clay around it will act like a bowl. Grass growing out of the thin bunkers. I used to clear transport truck loads of white sand from Cleveland for $600 a load of 45,000 lbs.. Some of the maple tree roots are showing on some of the greens. Low spots on some of the fairways have not been addressed. They are brown from the wet spring, so easy to see and fix.Not the best use of funds.
Great Course
I have played this course a number of times over the last several years and I continue to enjoy this each and every time I have the opportunity to play it.
The course has always been in great shape, the service is good and I find that the pace of play is normally very good. It has a very good layout and provides challenges to almost all different levels of golfers. It is truly one of the nicer courses in the Niagara Region.
Always a Great Course to Play in Niagara
Greens are extremely challenging, pace is always great & nice to have range included in your green fees. Only issue is the sand: most of them like cement.
Misguided
They are focusing on removing brush that does not make the course better. The greens are suffering in the longated drought we have. That should be the main focus not brush. The traps are bad. Buy sand.
Great day of golf
Beautiful day course in great shape . Bunkers need a little work full of weeds…. Paired up with a nice couple had a fun time

Great course
The course was in excellent condition and the greens were fast. The pace of players was good we finished our round in a little over 3 hours. We always look forward to playing here and we will be back to playing it again this year
