About
Northern Dunes Golf Club is a 18-hole championship course that tumbles across the gently rolling landscape of Bruce Peninsula. The front nine lays across natural sand dunes and while the back nine's landscape required a bit more work, it manages to seamlessly blend with the surroundings. Steve Young, the course architect, incorporated the classic elements of a traditional Scottish links layout but he also wanted the course to have a thoroughly modern feel. The result is a challenging design featuring large greens and over 50 bunkers filled with natural sand strategically placed throughout. The prevailing northwest winds provide another tricky element. Northern Dunes G.C. is ideally situated less than 10 miles from Lake Huron and Sauble Beach and is accessible from all directions.

Great value, fun course

Good shape but some greens were rough

Greens slow and not in good condition.fairwas rough.
Good game
Checking in was smooth, carts ready to go, Marshall was there to let us know when to go… we were paired with another couple when we got there and thankfully they were great. The golf course is lovely , the greens have snow mold as the other lady pointed out so the ball does not move smooth over those and it was not every green… just a few … over all great and will go again
Unfortunate
So unfortunate. It is by far the most beautiful layout in the region. Every hole is different. BUT grass is sparse on the front nine. You have to move your ball to come to have grass under your ball even in the fairway. On the other hand, the greens were superb.
Very dry
Fairways have some very dry areas with little grass and two greens damaged by winter kill.
