Northern Dunes Golf Club
About
Northern Dunes Golf Club is a 18-hole championship course that tumbles across the gently rolling landscape of Bruce Peninsula. The front nine lays across natural sand dunes and while the back nine's landscape required a bit more work, it manages to seamlessly blend with the surroundings. Steve Young, the course architect, incorporated the classic elements of a traditional Scottish links layout but he also wanted the course to have a thoroughly modern feel. The result is a challenging design featuring large greens and over 50 bunkers filled with natural sand strategically placed throughout. The prevailing northwest winds provide another tricky element. Northern Dunes G.C. is ideally situated less than 10 miles from Lake Huron and Sauble Beach and is accessible from all directions.

Great day out
Pros
Interesting layout, really enjoyed it.
Good value for the money, but we got it on a hot deal for $39 with cart.
Challenging in spots, but not too daunting.
Cons
Some of the grass on a couple of the fairways needed to be cut.
A few dead patches on a couple of the greens.
Grabbing a burger after the front 9, was told it would take 5 mins, but ended up taking 25 mins and it wasn't busy.
Overall, really enjoyed the day and would definitely come back.
Nice coursewhen it has water.
The course was in very good shape. Very disappointed in the club house staff. Dismissive and abrupt to almost the point of rudenss.
This is a very good course depending on conditions.

Love This Course
Absolutely beautiful course! Challenging with sand traps and bunkers on almost every hole! Course is in amazing shape! Friendly courteous staff.Best wings in the area!!! Thursday night is wing night and you can get them to go!
Not a bad track.
I have played there a half dozen times and have usually enjoyed it.
The course can get a little rough when the weather gets hot and dry but they recently had rain so the fairways and greens were good throughout with only a few bad spots.
I wouldn't take someone I was trying to impress to play there but it is a nice track to play with friends.
I recommend it.
Long Fairways lead to great greens!
Challenging within range. Great course for an afternoon of family fun! Wonderful patio, food and staff. Smiles galore!
