Great course, a little pricey though
Having the range was great, the staff was friendly. Pace of play was exactly what you would expect, not waiting or being rushed. The only issue is that the regular price is a little high for what you get. The scenery was amazing and the course was in fairly good shape.
Great track, good conditions
The course is a great design. The tee boxes and fairways are in great shape - the greens are good but not perfect. Better than expected based on the reviews of others. I enjoyed so much that I played 36 holes. Can’t wait to return in a few weeks.
Very pretty course
Some greens were very patchy but over all course condition were good.
Great track was a bit wet in areas due to the rain the previous day, overall great condition, picking the correct tee box is essential to an enjoyable round !!
How the mighty have fallen.
I cried a little to see how this beautiful track has self imploded. I’ve played it since the 90s and Covid or no Covid this level of deterioration takes a few years to accomplish. Greens were unplayable which could be forgiven if the rest of the course conditions weren’t so equally bad. Grass on the green had gone to seed-never seen that before. Bunkers were about 50-50 to have sand. Fairways looked like a quilt with all the sod patches. This place is owned by Skyline who are also selling homes surrounding the course. Their interest may lie there as opposed to maintaining what used to be one of Canada top courses (I used to review courses). Spend some money before this gem goes under.
Lovely layout & views
It was my first time playing this scenic course. I brought a foursome and we all loved it. The first elevated tee features a stunning view of the lake and trees in a distance. Greens were in great shape - not too fast and not too slow for me. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, right from the pro shop to the cart area and beverage providers. I definitely plan to return in future.
