Ingersoll Golf and Country Club
About
The classic design of Ingersoll Golf Club appeals to both avid and casual golfers. The layout is a good mix of holes, tricky doglegs as well as straightaways like the par-5 ninth, which is possible to reach in two. Mature trees line most of the holes and there is the occasional multi-tiered green to watch out for. Water makes an occasional appearance but the far more worrisome element of the round is the strategic bunkering that protects the greens. Ingersroll Golf Club's signature hole is the par-4 third. It features a small elevated green but it is doable with two good shots. The golf course ends with one of its toughest holes, a par 4 whose green is heavily protected on both sides by bunkers.

Nice Layout
The front nine is stronger of the two nines. Overall very good variety of holes.A number of tees were in poor shape due to both bare spots and weeds. The bunkers could use more sand. Very walkable course. Fairways and greens generally in good shape. Would definitely return.
Well worth playing
The course was in very nice shape. The fairways were well cut, but, the second cut around the greens was a bit thick...tough for chipping onto the green. The greens themselves ran true and were in great shape. We had good and fast running gas carts that were cleaned for covid protection. The pace of play was a bit slow to begin, but, went well after the 1st 3 holes or so. Masks are a must for inside the pro shop or the bathroom areas. Good. We had a great day and would recommend this course!
Always a Fun Round
Considering the lack of rain, this course is in great shape! No dry or dead spots. Fairways, tees and greens are all in great shape! They even have a cart girl...many courses don't!! All in all, a great day at a great course. Rough is always a little longer than I like, but that's part of the challenge!
Ingersoll July 20/20
Covid makes golf a bit weird. Today my brother and a friend of both of us played a round together. Golf is a game of friendship and companionship.
We played on a good course today. It was in good shape considering the basic drought we are in. Temperature have made courses dry up but overall we played winter rules and had a good time playing. Thanks to the staff at Ingersoll.
First time playing this course
Enjoyed it so much, we re-booked right after finishing.
Have to use every club in the bag and have to play fades and draws (or at least try to in my case).
Took four hours on the nose and we were neither pushed nor held up by the pace.
Good value.
We played mod-day. There were no delays and the course was in good condition. The staff was attentive and our twosome wasn’t delayed at all. An enjoyable afternoon.
Good day.
Greens were excellent. Staff were friendly. Course was wet and tees and rough hadn’t been cut for a few days due to wet weather but good value for early October golf. I’d come back.
