Ingersoll Golf and Country Club
About
The classic design of Ingersoll Golf Club appeals to both avid and casual golfers. The layout is a good mix of holes, tricky doglegs as well as straightaways like the par-5 ninth, which is possible to reach in two. Mature trees line most of the holes and there is the occasional multi-tiered green to watch out for. Water makes an occasional appearance but the far more worrisome element of the round is the strategic bunkering that protects the greens. Ingersroll Golf Club's signature hole is the par-4 third. It features a small elevated green but it is doable with two good shots. The golf course ends with one of its toughest holes, a par 4 whose green is heavily protected on both sides by bunkers.

well maintained course
We enjoyed the course with its' mature trees. The fairways and greens were in great shape. A great experience.
The only drawback was trouble finding hole #13; would help to have a sign after the twelfth hole.
great course
fantastic course. only downside was the half way was closed (fathers day and the place was busy) and when we got in the club house after nine they only had two hot dogs ready and the staff appeared flustered. starter Wayne is a great guy.
Always Good
This is a very good course. This year so far it is in great shape. Better than last year but it is always in pretty good shape. It will challenge anyone.
Enjoyable round at Ingersoll
The course condition is quite good with very few divots in the fairways. The greens are putting true.
Some nicely-designed holes, and the Par-3 holes are quite long.
A foursome three groups ahead was very slow and holding everyone up. Other than that, it was an enjoyable round.
Challenging layout
The course is in great shape considering the winter we've had. Many other courses have sustained damages that have closed holes. Ingersoll is a great course for both long ballers and the not so. I would recommend this to any level of golfer. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
Great condition, fun to play
This course offers a diverse mixture of holes, excellent condition and is very playable, but with varying difficulty. Staff were very friendly and easy to work with. Would certainly recommend to others to play and enjoy tis course.
park style with character
Simply a good test of golf on a mature old style course. Previously private but the economy and the apparent need for longer course has seen membership dwindle.
If it was closer (45 minutes from my res) I would be a member. Always well maintained, the cart paths need some work but nothing is lacking for the player.
Course is good but they need to re-due sand traps with better sand.
Overall nice course. Staff was very friendly. Overall condition was good but not a $50 + course.
Shorter course with some well positioned trees/hazards for challenge
Got sent out 10 minutes early behind some regulars at the beginning of the day. Great pace. Completed the 18 holes in just over 3 hours.
nice,very lush green rolling terrain
some nice strong holes, coupled with some easy ones...a bit of everything...big wide fairways but you need to be on the correct side of them for your approaches...plenty of contour to the greens
Sunday with my son
Got so so deal on $65 each for Sunday morning I like to play this course once a year at least easy to get to from out of town I'm in Burlington son in Guelph
Traditional Layout- Heavily treed- Playable
Pace on course very slow-2 3/4 hrs for front nine. Green sizes quite variable -smallish to average size. Some fairways quite dry-ball rolled 50-75 yards . At golf now pricing -a good game of golf--at posted pricing -too costly for experience
Course is alright
Nice course in decent shape. Waited pretty much waited on every shot but still played in 4 1/4 hrs.
Pro shop and restaraunt staff we're excpetional.
Golf cart was filthy
Nice course
Enjoyed the playing this course it was in good condition and the value for the money was excellent. A definate place to play if you are in the area.
Will play again.
Playable yet challenging course in good condition.
Great course for a couple with midrange handicaps. Course is in good condition with mature trees and parkland atmosphere. Traffic noise from Highway 401 is a bit of a distraction on one hole, and holes 15 and 16 are "Mickey Mouse" par threes with cross traffic, but the other holes make up for these deficiencies.
Good course for the money.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Classic course with mature trees and well manicured fairways and greens. Picturesque!
Varied Hole Difficulties
Have played here a number of times. The course is always in good-very good condition, friendly staff, excellent clubhouse staff.
I feel that there are no very difficult holes. There are a number of holes that present a fair challenge for golfers who have strong ability. But there are also a number of holes that I think are comparatively easy...especially when they are set up for the variousmembers championships,as they were the day I played. Every hole should present a reasonable challenge to achieve par or better. Too many of them don't.
Great place to play
A traditional layout I always enjoy playing. The course is good value.
