Nice course and we enjoyed the walk.. The only negative would be the greens. Slow and ragged.

First round at Fanshawe of 2022
The course was in good shape for this time of year and carts were running.So it was a great day.

Muni course - you don’t get what you pay for.
Fanshawe traditional and quarry are $5 more expensive to walk than pine knot. Pine knot has an amazing kitchen and will drive your lunch order out to you on the course.
Fanshawe will charge you $5 for a Luke warm hot dog and you need to be sure you aren’t backed up when you make your order or the starter will move your group.
This course should $30 to walk and $45 with a cart.
But paying city employees to staff it means that will never happen.

The grass was long and uneven on the fairway. Some holes were too long of rough before you got to the fairway from the ladies tee. Very hilly so great exercise but you feel like a mountain goat. Decent for a busy public course.

Beautiful scenery but course in poor shape
Beautiful scenery but course in poor shape.
Unenjoyable course to play on except there were tons of gopher holes for balls to disappear, debits etc.
