Course is OK
Fairways were dry, not manicure the way they used to sand traps had no sand not worth the value
Disappointing - Need to invest in
This course used to be so much better. It doesn't feel like the management actually cares about the product they're offering. An investment into the greens crew would make a world of difference. Greens were slow. Every tee deck was thatchy; time for some aeration and top dressing. Lots of extra growth everywhere; they need to trim back the growth of the "fescue" (read: long grass) around the edges of the hazards.
This course is the best in my life so far.
Everthing is satisfied for me. Great course layout and conditions.
Golf factory
The course conditions do not reflect the expectations of a Canadian Open course.
Something has changed since I last played the south course 28 years ago, previous to the Canadian Opens being played here. I played the North course and the conditions had dandelions growing in the fairways. Not what I had expected of this course. This compares to other courses in the $100-120.00 range. Sad as it was a premier location.
Angus Glenn Twilight
I booked a 5:20 tee time and we were able to play 15 holes. I felt like we were being held up by the group in front of us. I wish people would play the appropriate tees for their handicap. We should have been able to play 18 but due to slow play we couldn’t. I know it would have been tight to get in 18 but once play started we had lots of room in front and no one behind us. Then slow play started at 10. I think a group joined at 10 and slowed things down. No one on course enforcing pace of play. I would play at twilight again for $90. Just not during the day for $170. Too steep
Beautiful golf course. Bad spacing of groups/management of pace
Angus is an outstanding course with great facilities for practice and a terrific restaurant/patio. The course is beautifully maintained. That being said, I teed off at 3pm and I waited about 10-15 on EVERY tee shot as well as my second/third shots from the fairway. There needs to be some sort of marshal on a Friday afternoon, or at least better management of groups and spacing of tee times. In order to avoid being on the course for 6 hours, I skipped two holes towards the end of my round in order to get around slow groups that would not let me play through. Disappointing when you pay $150+ and can’t get 18 holes in on a Friday afternoon.
Great Track
Great layout. Game delayed a bit but cannot complain when golfing in mid Oct.
Great day
Everything was good. Staff was excellent conditions were good great day no issues
No glen abby
You have to walk.
To get your golf cart you can't bring your golf cart to the range
The driving range golf balls are substandard
Should be Better Balls They think they're world-class.They're not one bit
Again rather , spend the money at glenn abbey
Course was in relatively poor condition. Many divots on tee boxes. Very sow greens - needed to be cut
