Staff and weather
A few of the staff weren’t the nicest but overall good experience. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t good so most of the course was soaked, so some holes were extremely tough to play
Needs Work
Played the North Course for the first time and overall was disappointed in the condition of the course. The greens were terrible. Countless ball marks and very slow . Tee boxes were not well maintenance and there were many cart paths needing repairs. We experienced a 5 hour round on a Friday morning.
Won’t go back.
Mediocre
I played the North course. It was in mediocre condition. The greens are cratered from pitch marks. The bunkers look like they haven’t been raked all year. The balls at the range are beat up and hard as a rock.
I went as a single. They made me share a cart with a random stranger. I’ve golfed as a single at some very nice courses and some not so nice courses. Never have I had to share a cart with a stranger. I don’t mind being paired up with people obviously, but being forced to share a cart, that you have to no choice but to purchase as part of the green fee, is just weird.
I won’t be back.
Great Time
Went out with 3 friends at relatively last minute. Got a decent deal for the round.
Understanding the weather that has been going through lately (Next to no rain until the day before our round). The course was in a good condition despite this. A wee bit dry but there's no real issue with with that if you're willing to understand the context.
Greens were slower earlier in the round (heavy rain day previous) but you could feel them return to form as the day grew on.
The course was enjoyable - a tale of two nines for sure. The front much more open feeling while the back nine provides much more of a wow as a good chunk of holes require you to navigate water features.
Great course and experience
First time and cannot wait to go back.
Played the South Course
Staff was awesome.
Fantastic Course if they only cut the Greens
Tee to green course is as good a public course as there is in Ontario. Greens appear to be in good shape except they roll super slow.
