Poorly Maintained For The Price
Areas of the fairway are dead while others are soggy. Some of the greens are in rough shape. There are many courses in the GTA that are in much better condition at $50-$70 cheaper.
If the course was in better shape, I would easily recommend it. However, I was expecting much better conditions for the price!
Purse needs water
This course was so dry and has gone down hill. Very disappointing
Good test of golf
Super friendly staff for a public venue . Good location, although the north coarse not as challenging as south none the less good experience. Pace of play first thing in AM was great but not so sure of later in AM or OM rounds even with 10 minute intervals. ( my playing partners who play in frequently did mention they couldn’t believe how quickly we got through the round. Early season greens were way too slow for championship calibre coarse, but i expect through the summer they could and should get them to 10 or 11 , overall great job Angus Glenn!
Great Track !
First time playing Angus Glen.
Was a great track, and the price was reasonable considering the course conditions.
I will 100% be going back !
Markham Gem
It’s been years since the last time I played Angus Glen. It was only the South Course then.
I really enjoyed the North Course and the great service from all staff I encountered.
Beauty
Played both courses, the south is more picturesque and a bit more challenging. North course is still beautiful. Course is always in spectacular condition. Staff are exceptionally friendly. Always happy to snag a loop here when I can.
Great course
There was a delay at the start and the course pushed us up which was great!
The layout is lovely and people moan about the greens its because like all, never repair the marks, greens run very true and GPS in the cart was great,
Food was amazing also!
No value, course is ill kept.
So many golf courses are much better kept…
This was once a great track, now it’s gone downhill on every aspect possible.
I was excited to golf there, until i started my round. We almost turned back to the clubhouse for a refund after a few holes.
I won’t go back, especially for the price- and they have No junior rate… i guess the next generation of golfers will be playing elsewhere…
This is what happens when nobody in charge gives a hoot. yeah, i said hoot.
