Didn't see any marshalls
Didn't see any marshalls at all. Group in front of us was incredibly slow. At one point 3 teams were at one hole waiting for the Tee off. An 18 hole took over 5 hours to complete.

A little pricey including cart. Use to love playing this course but it isn't worth the $83 I paid. More like $65.

Greens were ok, the pace of play was - TERRIBLE, NO MARSHALS AND NO MANAGEMENT 5 1/2 hours to the 15th, walked off the course, miserable pace of play and nothing done! Started late, expect slow play,

Good condition on the fairways and greens.
Course condition was very good except the tee boxes on the Valley course were very poor condition

getting worse
Used to be great value for the money course and close the city. Seems it is getting worse on course condition. Unmanaged tee boxes(baldish), greens(too many breaks from unfixed ball marks), fairways(felt like rough), and sand traps(shallow sand).
Certain issues with influx of newbies can be tolerable but this is too much. Need to raise level of course management due diligence is required considering the changes.
