Very very wet
Wet and soggy almost on every hole with the hurricane force winds and all day rain we experienced the day before. It was also misty when we started. The weather was also 10 degrees Celsius lower than normal (20 - 25 Fahrenheit). Couldn't' wait to get this over and go back to the car to warm up. The fairways are narrow in most places and they are also winding and zig-zagging everywhere. If I didn't have someone on my team who played here before, i would be totally lost. The layout was also confusing and in some cases the next hole was a 7-8 min walk to the next tee.

Great track close to home. Nothing bad to say but IMO a little overpriced for a municipal course.

Not bad. But not great.
For a first-time player, you will get lost between some holes. There is poor signage between several of the holes.
There are very few yardage signs. There was no marshal or beverage cart. No on-course water or snack stand.
The day I played it was very windy. Too windy to be fully enjoyed. The course is situated on an old garbage dump, making it a massive hill with zero wind protection. Being exposed is the name of the game on this course. There are almost no trees on the entire course. Very up and down course.
If you hit far, most of your shots will be out of visual. Lots of blind shots for someone unfamiliar with the course.
The course was fairly maintained. I didn't see a single grounds crew for the entire 18, or any staff for that matter, except for the pro shop.
I left thinking that I would only like to play this course on calm days. But it's hard to tell down on the ground. You play up the hill for pretty much the whole 18, so expect wind to be a factor.
