Streetsville Glen Golf Club
About
Streetsville Glen Golf Club first opened in 1967, but major renovation in 2001 have updated this golf course, making it more player friendly while still keeping the challenges of the original layout in tact. With only 10 holes when first opening, eight newly designed, thought-provoking holes were added. The golf course is somewhat short but the wind that comes into play on the back nine makes it seem like it plays much longer. There are also well placed bunkers and water hazards coming into play throughout. Streetsville Glen Golf Club's signature hole is the long par-5 sixth, where an out-of-bounds down the entire left side and a pond on the right require shots to not only be long, but also straight.

Good value for money
Not the best condition, especially hole 4 with the new ""pond" but good for the money
Challenge of a different kind
This course will force you to hit the greens out of necessity. I can mention so many things which were below par but i tend to look on the positive side. A bit pricey for the conditions but i would play once to appreciate other courses in GTA
Worst Course on the Planet…
Got to the clubhouse 20 minutes early, with no employees in sight, walked around the clubhouse to try and find someone, was told by golfers teeing off there was no workers inside and Id have to call them by cell phone to get service. Called the number which was on a handwritten note left at the counter… called 5 times no answer. Was going to leave due to the horrible service. Saw a worker cutting the grass on the 2nd hole, asked if he worked there and expressed my frustrations on how unprofessional the experience was. He bickered back and forth with me and refused to give me a cart to golfing. Also enlightened him that it was illegal to have alcohol unattended behind the counter of the clubhouse, especially when kids were seen golfing. As for the course, completely embarrassing…. everything is completely overgrown, tee boxes next to putting greens, holes with no signs for par, sand traps completely overgrown with weeds and rocks, not maintained whatsoever. There’s also several run down rv’s, trailers next to the clubhouse and one of the holes. Horrible experience, horrible course and even worse customer service!
Terrible
My friend booked it online for 4 people and it was 100, so he paid for us. When we got there, we had to pay an additional 25, so it was $50.00. There are 9 HOLES, NOT 12. We were one of the first ones. The guy asked us to move the karts; we said no. The course was soaked in water because the sprinklers were on even when we were closed. Nothing was labeled correctly. When I was on the 9th hole, the sprinkler went off. When I walked by it, I got soaked in water. I told the owner, and he said, "When you guys come back, I'll give you a free hole." I said, "I'm not coming back." 1. Not worth $50.00. Overpriced and lied. 2. It's a 9-hole. 3. Soaked in water. 4. It was only 1 person taking care of it. 5. Nothing was labeled. 6. Sprinklers kept going off. TERRIBLE PLACE. I WOULD AVOID IT AT ALL COST. THIS COURSE IS WORTH $20.00 MAX.
Improving
It is what it is, a fun little course which lets you get quite a few clubs out of the bag. Not great conditions - but seems to be improving. The addition of power carts is nice. Overall if you go knowing what to expect, you’ll enjoy a fast, fun round conveniently located round of golf.
Poor conditions
Greens are not well kept, layout has recently changed and has made some holes into pitch and putts. Fairways are in alright shape but I would stay away from this place - cheap price but for 9 holes (maybe 5 real golf holes) the price is still not worth it.
Much better than last
I had played this course a month earlier, and there was a lot of dandelions, and the greens were looking a little rough along with the fairways…
The course is looking a lot better. The greens were in great condition. The dandelions are gone and they now have beer in the clubhouse, which is nice…. The fairways were a little dried up in places but considering the lack of rain we’ve had. It’s definitely a great place for beginners and if you want to get some practising in
