St. Clair Parkway Golf Course
About
St. Clair Parkway Golf Course is situated along the shores of its namesake river. The parkland layout has wide, forgiving fairways and greens that are subtly undulating, making them difficult to read at times. The greens are well known also for their size, some of which measure in excess of a quart of an acre. There are lakes and streams that come into play on several holes as well as strategically placed sand bunkers. St. Clair Parkway's finishing hole is the course's signature, a reachable par 5 that is characterized by the tree located in the center of the landing area. It also requires a tricky shot over a creek to a large, heavily protected green.

Great Shape
The course is still in good shape considering that it is the end of October.
Average
Everything about this course is average. There's nothing special but nothing really all that bad either. It's just an average course. Wasn't overly pleased when they added another player to our threesome that blasted rock music on his MP3 player for 18 holes and also paid about half of what we paid. I also don't like the fact that they don't have any noticeable yardage markers on the course. Would it be asking too much to add 3 little painted wooden poles on each hole ? Wouldn't hurry back unless I got a deal like the guy they added to our threesome.
nice day for golf
The course was some what challenging, conditions were hard and fast. Considering the dry weather we have had its in good shape.
Our experience
There was two groups of five players ahead of us. We were told they were playing a scramble and there would be no delay. Wrong. They were poor golfers and the pace of play was extremely slow. I can't understand why the golf course would allow this to happen. They were not playing a scramble and the beer was flowing. On hole number five the Marshal came to us and asked us if we wanted to go to ten tee as nobody was on ten, eleven, twelve or thirteen. We are glad that the Marshal was on the ball as we were ready to stop playing.
Great place to do what you love to do.
Had a great day even with bad weather on it's way. We managed to complete our round following a slow group on the front 9. The marshall came to us an asked if we wanted to jump to the back 9 due to several open holes. We did and it worked out great, finished the back 9 and then moved over to complete the 3 holes me needed to finish the front 9...worked out perfect.
great course for the money
Played here several times an will return. Great deals through golf now but even the regular pricing is well worth coming out. Pace was good till the last 4 holes when everyone backed up behind a couple groups running slow.
This course is good
Pace of play to slow. We have not played this course yet under 5 hours. It should not take that long.
great features
Course in excellant shape. Have done some work on sand traps which was much needed. My favorite course in area
Good Price
I was expecting a much nicer course then what it was. The fairways were in good shape but the entire course was covered in daindilyons. The greens are extremely big which makes it good for the average golfer to be on in 2. I would play it again but only if it was the same price I paid through Golf Now.
great value
course in very good shape, fairways and greens are excellent, sandtraps could use more care but it is late in the season...different tee blocks make it an enjoyable course for the high or low handicap golfer.
st Clair parkway
The course is in excellent condition. Hope to make it back a few more times this fall
Great Course
This course has an excellent layout and could not be in better condition, There are several different tee blocks catering to every level of ability, Cant wait to play it again
Good course, slow play
I think it's over booked for the golf now tee times, unless it was just an insane day. Played super slow almost 6 hours and we were all pretty good golfers. They also pair you up with two other golfers.
Conditions were good, greens are awesome and huge. The rough could use some upkeep for sure. Fairways are what you expect. Paid 22$ for two green fees and cart. Can't complain too much.
Large fast greens
The coarse is in great shape and we had the hottest day of the year I think.
A nice course!
A vary nice all around golf experience. The fairways are vary good, you can take a divot without breaking your wrists. The rough is tough, but fair. The greens are receptive, smooth, fairly fast and large. The ladies will like the porta-johns,they are roomy and have a sink to wash your hands.
Great Deal
What a great value for your money. Course is in phenomenal shape. Greens are perfect.
Back Nine Closed
Unfortunately our first time playing there was the day they were aerating the greens. The back nine was closed so we played the front nine twice. This made it a little crowded. We let two singles play through, not sure why they didn't pair up. The front nine greens had been aerated a day or two before and covered with sand so putting was difficult. We were however, notified beforehand that the greens would be aerated but elected to go anyway.
Great outing
Booked online, and got a fantastic deal on a tee time for two. we got to the course early and the marshall got us out a little early. just the two of us. The pace was a bit slow due to a tourney, but we still managed to get our round in just over 4hrs.
Course was in great shape. Greens were true. Fast, but fair.
Always A Pleasure To Play
Very friendly, personable pro shop, starter and marshall staff, carts are clean and well maintained.
Fairways and greens in excellent shape, some very challenging pin placements today.
Excellent value for the money.
Hot dogs at the turn are good too.
I'll be baaack!
