Upper Canada Golf Course
About
Aultsville Creek runs alongside Upper Canada Golf Course, adding to the already scenic setting. It's located just across Highway 2 from the St. Lawrence River. Built in the early 1960s, the course has a classic design that still offers challenges that rival those that can be found on more modern courses. The golf course measures just over 6,900 yards from the back tees. There are four tees total and they are diverse enough for players of any skill level to play to their ability. Tall evergreens line the fairways and they also border the numerous ponds and wetlands that are scattered throughout the golf course. Strategically placed bunkers complement the natural hazards, adding a striking contrast to the lush greens. Upper Canada's 12th through 16th holes are a challenging stretch of holes that play right along the creek.

September golf
The course was in really good shape. Last time we played this course, a number of years ago, the course was full of leaves and goose poop. This time it was very clean, easy to see your ball.
Beautiful amd challenging course
Beautiful course in pristine condition amd great staff….but a tough course indeed!!
Always a pleasure and a challenge!!
One of my favourites
Always enjoy my rounds here. A 50 minute drive for me but combine it with a pleasant drive along the Si. Lawrence River. A beautiful well maintained course and the greens are true to play.. A great golf experience but was disappointed that the GolfNow special this year was discontinued a few weeks ago. They also need to bring the hot deal times up a bit earlier now that the days are getting shorter.
Amazing condition course, no food or drink.
Awesome golf course, very difficult and long. The Greens are outstanding & massive but slow. Very quiet place to play with beautiful scenery. The only complaint I have it they no food or drinks at this course because the raised the rent on the old food & beverage business that runs out of the golf course. This is a government manger golf course so yeah, no business sense. But course is great. BYOB.
Love This Place, but Tough
Very challenging course but always in great shape. Pace was good but twosomes maybe should be paired up. I know Covid and all but there are NO restaurant facilities and NO beverage cart. Disappointing but I will be back.
Decent course for the money.
Nice course.
Nice true greens.
Poor tee boxes (Whites)
Played 10am, in 4hr 10min.
Group behind were 2 holes behind at 9th and 4 holes by 18th, with no sign of anybody asking them to close up the gap.
Great course.
Always a treat to play at Upper Canada Golf Course. Pace of play was slow.
Terrible value
Restaurant wasn’t open, there was no beverage cart, club house has a small selection of stock, and because there was a crew cutting down trees we missed out on a hole and had to play around them on another cause they were right in front of the tee decks.
A Great Day
I met a friend for a game midway between my home in Montreal and his in Kingston. We picked Upper Canada based on its locale plus photos and previous reviews. We were not disappointed. The course layout and conditions were very good. Greens were slow but true and consistent. It was a bit wet that day due to previous day’s precipitation. Our only disappointment was the lack of après golf facilities (bar/restaurant) due to Covid. The staff were friendly and it was overall a great experience under the circumstances. A very nice track which shows some pride by those who are responsible for it. Excellent value at the current price point. We will be back!
