About
Located in a spectacular natural setting against the backdrop of the Niagara River whirlpool and gorge, this magnificent and challenging championship course was designed by the legendary golf architect Stanley Thompson. Owned and operated by The Niagara Parks Commission since 1951, Whirlpool is considered as one of the Top 100 Courses in Canada.
Directions: From Toronto: Approach Niagara Falls on the QEW. Just after crossing the St. Catharines Skyway, take the 405 exit towards the Queenston-Lewiston Bridge to the USA. Just before the bridge, take the last exit to the Niagara Parkway. Turn right off the ramp onto the Niagara Parkway. Whirlpool Golf Course is 4km down the road on the right hand side

Place booked too close we had to wait pretty much almost every holes.. fairways grass has weeds growing all over and the greens were bumpy long dry grass..Too pricey if it weren't for twilight rate we probably wouldn't pay what they're charging now.Heard good thing about it before but now that we've seen it it's not up to par with the other two Legend Courses Battlefield and Usshers Creek.
Whirlpool Golf course
Greens shaggy. Poor roll. Several bumps. People don’t repair divots. The starter just gave us a cart. He didn’t say when we were in the tee & it appeared a group in front of us didn’t show for their tee time so we waited and just went. The pace of play was slow. No marshall was seen. The cart girl kept driving in back swing. It was expensive and not worth the money. But the layout was beautiful.
Not beautiful
When I looked at the course online. It showed the river and a areal view of the course. Looked like there would have been some beautiful views. Not a challenging course no views The staff was very friendly
Awesome conditions at Whirpool
Fairly good value for your money. Course in excellent shape and well maintained. Great layout. Friendly staff. Will visit again.
