An okay round
Harmony Creek was an okay course. Certainly good for my "short-play" game. The greens were a bit bumpy, and I only used my driver once, but got good practice with my 5-9 irons. Easily walkable, I see this as as good "warm-up" course for the start of the season. Reasonable prices and friendly staff.
Nice Little Course
Nice little course that can be a little bit of a challenge if you play from the blue tees.
Played oct 22 and I feel that this course was a little overpriced for this time of year, most courses offer cheaper rates for late in season. This course also didn’t offer any replay discounts
Harmony Creek Golf Centre
Course is well designed but child you some maintenance on the cast paths for brush and pot holes. Carts are not cleaned off garbage or washed before secondary use
Great place for short range game.
Great for short range game. Some challenging holes. Most were kept in good condition and the greens as solid. A bit confusing going from hole to hole, signs were too clear. For the price point it’s great value. Definitely would recommend.
Weird course
Tight fairways and confusing markers. Course condo could have been much better.
Not bad for what it is
Not the best, but it's golf in the city and not too expensive. Few holes have some work being done, some in the middle pretty close together but all manageable. Few nice holes over the creek, around ponds etc. 17th hole a little questionable with it being blind in one shot, or the netting blocking other tees being torn up for two shots. If it was busy I would be worried about getting hit by a ball with how close some of the center holes are.
I just followed the paths and spent maybe a total of one minute being uncertain of the tee off and green (partly because I think the 18th hole sign had fallen over). Not sure how so many others can get confused.
It did seem a little overbooked. I booked the first tee time available and when I showed up there was already a group of two teeing off (later on I saw that there was a single golfer in front of them too) plus another group of two were unloading their gear getting ready to tee off. So it would have been 4 groups all starting between 7:30 and 7:45, at most.
However, hopefully with the new business they can spruce some things up, in previous years I would show up mid day, any day and golf and not see one other person.
