My tee time was not found by the lady in the pro shop. It was very unorganized and told me to go tee off anyway. The starter didn’t know anything.

She was not friendly at all. Didn’t show me where to head to tee off or offer me a scorecard.

Green fee was overpriced at $65 considering overall conditions.

The course since new ownership has taken over has gone downhill. The fairways are full of weeds, bunkers are rock hard full of stones and sometimes full of water. The greens are not well looked after. I have played there 20 yrs and have watched it go downhill. Pace of play is slow, poor drainage, water everywhere in spring. Dry and rock hard in summer.

Rough hard fairways, dirty bumpy greens, rough carts…

The only reason why the course wasn’t all five is cause they never seem to have enough carts and you can’t reserve a car for your golf time. I feel you should be able to reserve a cart for your tea time.

The course is crap. We've been playing there for a few years now. Since the place change ownership the course is bad, really bad. They spent maybe 300 - 500 thousand on a hi-tech out door range. Money would have been better spent on sand it the traps instead of 3/4 gravel. $50 for a senior with cart. It's a rip-off. Save your money drive 20 minutes North on Lakeridge and there a course. 18 not 9 for $65 with cart and the fairways are not concrete. STAY WAY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!!

Played driving range track man… awesome! Then Lake Beeeze 9. Nothing like a Marshall saying “Enjoy your day” then rolling up on the gravel path during first tee backswing, then telling you about their “club” rule “no going for the green on #1 tee shot” then spitting gravel and dropping an F bomb after we said we did r know… told because someone got hit last year on #2 tee… enjoy your day? Sure, not! Course was very burnt off, used to be lush. Food truck at the end!

The course is in very poor shape - fairways are brown, dry & hard. The tee boxes are worse. The greens are the best part of the experience but still need work. The bunkers too need help!

The driving range is well set up!

It has been a hot and dry summer, so I get that the course is going to be dry. The sand traps were like cement, so no raking required.

The golf cart had issues and took effort to get it to power up on a consistent basis.

Canada Geese everywhere and lots of goose poop left behind.

I used to be a member of this course but left when they raised the membership fees. Back then, the course was in great shape and truly enjoyable to play. However, I returned recently and was shocked by the condition of the fairways—they were in terrible shape. Nearly every patch of grass was burnt out, and the ground was rock-hard. It was like hitting off concrete. Save your money—this course is no longer worth the cost.

Not worth 45 dollars walking for 9. May aswell go play 18 at winchester for that price.

Lake breeze has a nice layout, just the course doesn't seem to be maintained very well. Conditions of the course are bad.

Was the perfect spot to play nine with my wife. Only complaint was we didn't see the beverage cart once on the whole nine holes and it was a hot day walking.

Course condition is shabby. Seems to be on a continuous downhill slide. What was once a beautiful course to play, is now a disappointment. And they are still charging premium prices.

Early season conditions so did not have high expectations. Greens and fairways were okay. This course has an excellent design. It is too bad that they don’t have the funds to maintain the bunkers especially and the course to some extent. Still, it is a fun and challenging layout priced for decent value which we play a few times per season.
