Dreadful
They charge top dollar...after they take your $ stapled to the score card indicates holes 13 thru 17 are open but wow they should not be...every hole is atrousius . They obviously do not look after the course. I rented a pull cart that was broken and was tried to be fixed with masking tape...each hole you could not find the next tee off....t expressed my disappointment and asked the young girl working to have the management call me ...no response so far I request a refund it was that bad
Very Expensive for a Shabby Course
This is one of the most poorly maintained courses I've ever played at. There were some holes that were decent but for the most part, it was not the greatest. To play this shabby course it cost $50 per person. At these prices, the least you can do is fix up the course.
Course maintenance is terrible
Course layout & maintenance is poor. Not worththe $
Narrow fairway
Hole #15 is very difficult.
Narrow fairway, long distance, and curve.
Good course
Great course to play that is close to home and at a discounted rate.
1st time back since i was 14
Course could be kept in better shape, considering a landscaping and development group seems to be the owner/operators of the course.
Even the driving range could use some TLC, however for the price provided on Golf Now it was a great way to spend an evening playing golf.
Crazy layout
I actually have played this course about 20 yrs ago. New it was nothing special but wanted the iron practice. The layout is scrambled all over the place. Hard to find where next tees were, even with signs pointing general direction. There are three holes with trees directly in the way of your tee shot. Unreal.
4 holes unplayable
It would have been nice if they had informed that 4 holes unplayable and blocked off upon booking, as I would have not played at all if I knew the issue with flooding at this site
Staff totally unhelpful
when I checked in , it would have been nice if they had said over 4 holes unplayable and blocked off as I would have not played at all
Poor service at Proshop
My second time there.
First visit was great.(kind greeting from assistant). I played peaceful 18 hole on my own as the first starter at 7:00am.
But this time, ProShop assistant(different person) came late and told me they don't normally start until 7:30am. then why did they say they open at 7? and told me cart was not available which I already agreed to pay. I somehow got the cart but felt so bad.
Great Beginner Course
First Course I have played in over 20 years. Staff was courteous and friendly. Course was great. Well laid out. For the beginner golfer like me it was great! Recommended for Beginners.
Decent short game course
Was what I expected when I found out (post booking) that it was an executive par 3. There is some dangerous spots in certain tees and greens, so keep your head up. Yardages really need to be updated and from a first time player, tees were difficult to find in spots. Overall a decent little public course and great for the beginner, but I wouldn't drive the almost hour (I did this time) to play it again...
Nice little course
Great deal. Short course but some challenging holes.
Worst course I've ever played
Everything started off brutal with a cart that couldn't drive straight. Every single tee box was mud and you couldn't find a place to put down your ball. It's poorly marked, I found myself driving around looking for the next hole. The yardage was the worst I've ever seen. Sometimes being up to 20 yards off. Multiple tee boxes had tree branches in the way or no look at the hole or fairway. I should have looked at the scorecard before I booked. I never would have played there. Nor would I if I was given a free round. This piece of garbage made white oaks look like greystone
don't go by yardages
It's a challenging par 3 course, great for honing your short game. A lot of the holes may be the correct yardage but a lot of the holes are all carry, ex. Creek in front of the green, there is no room for error, make sure you take more club than you think. 13, 14,15 & 16 are very wet as they are in the valley. Only disappointment were the greens, they are getting some kind of mould and are slow. More attention needs to be paid to the upkeep of the greens.
You get what you pay for
This is a short 18 hole course and priced accordingly. We took it because we got a discount but the quality of the experience was below what we are used to. The place is run on a minimum budget. Golf carts are very old and there was a guy in the parking lot fixing them. The pro shop insisted on holding some form of ID. (With lower prices come lack of trust and customer respect). She had a hard time finding my ID upon returning. The drink cart was a golf cart, with a cooler. Without a roof! Not sure why she had to serve the group in front another round of beer in front of the 17th green.
It was at times difficult to follow the route of the course.
I don't recall seeing any of the staff smile.
We did not pay much but will not be going back.
Not what I expected..
The last timd I played @ Harmony creek was when it first opened it was a not bad course but over the years it's really gone down hill.. The greens are so rough a lot of patches the cart paths are really rough just overall not taken care of at all anymore. I wouldn't pay more then $10 to play there again. Sad that it went down hill.
Bad
Iv played a lot of courses in my day and this by far was the worst.
Great Time
The Course is in great shape for someone who wants to play a short course with challenging holes. I played the round in just over an hour and half. Yes I did play through a few groups but everyone was very pleasant and wanted me to play through.
I had a great time and would definitely play it again.
Not worth the money
Got a deal on here that included wings after our round. Food was great!
Course layout was not the greatest. Lot of confusing shots as holes look to overlap one another. Teebox surface completely rock hard
If it wasn't for the wings this wouldn't have been worth the money
Hello Paul, You were contacted by both phone & e-mail as requested. You threatened to post a negative review if you were not contacted back, which you were, but you still posted a negative review after we spoke. You received a full refund from Golf Now but I suppose that isn't good enough. I suggest you do your research before making defamatory comments regarding our rates as we are competitively priced.
