The Key to Keystone?
We’ve played this course a half a dozen times this season and I have yet to figure it out! Always challenging and fun, and today we were rewarded with lovely Fall colours! The course is in excellent shape. Maybe the key is to just enjoy a lovely course with all its challenges!
Pace was very slow due to a foresome in front of us.
The pace was very slow due to the foresome in front of us stopping to take group pictures on almost every hole.
The pro shop staff member was excellent and provided us with a great cart.
First time this year
Played Keystone several times in past few years. At start of COVID they jumped their cart rates to over $50 when they used to be $30 for two people. Saw the better price on golfnow which included the carts so took a chance. Worth the lower price but not anything much higher..
Our round was very slow - over 5. Hours.
There were a number of groups with 5 or more golfers. Marshall’s were not monitoring pace of play.
I would not recommend golfing at this course
Course is in rough shape. Hasn't been watered, weeds and bare spots all over fareways and greens. Most tee boxes were just dirt. Bunkers haven't been maintained in weeks.
Nice course
Great value for this course. Never disappointed.
Can be quite slow after the 3rd hope. Backs up
Course was in good condition but that's it
Great course, it was in great shape unfortunately the marshals were some of the most unbelievably unclassy employees Along with the fact that they booked so many groups in small periods of time. it was a highway out there you take a look and there would be 15 carts you could see at one time. just over 3 hours to play the front 9.
waiting at every hole such a shame. So overbooked you were rushed to unload your bag so they can give the cart to the next golfers. I understand you need to make money by filling T times but it was outrageous the amount of players they had booked.
Staff
Expected poor fairways as weather has been dry. My concern is with the. young female staff member riding in a cart who stopped to rudely demand we park our cart 2 feet to the right. Seems we had stopped the cart just off the path. I never mind being corrected for something like this, we have to care for the courses we play. Her tone was very disrespectful & aggressive. Certainly not a good representative of the course.
