Rebel Creek Golf Club

About
Rebel Creek Golf Club was carved from a scenic landscape of rolling hills and native wetlands. This 18-hole championship layout was designed with public play in mind, making it both player friendly and entertaining. Although it is a public golf course, Rebel Creek G.C. strives to offer the experience of a private club with a full-service clubhouse and practice facilities including a putting green with practice bunker. The golf course features a good amount of challenges including strategically placed bunkers, water hazards that come into play on a few holes, and the occasional uneven lie, but it is still accessible for beginners and intermediate players.

Average
It’s just a slightly above average course. Condition of the greens could definitely use some care. Fairways are pretty chewed up too.
Enjoyable layout
Rebel Creek is a terrific layout, with lush fairways, many bunkers and smooth rolling greens. They have nicely sculpted runoff areas around greens and player friendly banking along many fairways & greens. They also boast a fantastic practice area. Although the course had a number of maintenance workers out today, there were many infilled fairway divots and ball marks on greens that require attention. We had a terrific day and gladly would return.
Excellent course
One of my favourite courses. 1.25 hrs drive from Toronto, but worth the drive. The layout is great. Course conditions are very good. First time able to hit from grass on the range. Not too many courses have that option this year. Their putting green and chipping area is way above average. Well done Rebel Creek. I did find $ 30 for a single rider a bit much.
Good value
Course was in good shape for the hot weather we have had. Greens in really good shape.
Very nice experience.
Warmly greeted and course rules explained upon entry to the property. Fairly priced for what you pay. Good variance of holes and challenges. Greens were a little marked up in some places. Will definitely be back.
Better than expected
The course was in great shape and always enjoy playing it. The bunkers are in better shape than the last few years after golf north took it over.
Tee decks, fairways and greens were in great shape. Greens were fast and true. The course is softening up as well so the greens are now more receptive.
Definitely a great value.
Nice course - tough back nine
This is a nice course. The greens are extremly fast so here's hoping you can adjust quickly.
Lot's of short par fours but beware of taking the big dog out ... you will find trouble.
Fairways wewre in nice shape. Traps could use some work but not too bad.
I'd come back again.
Best golf north course
By far the best golf north course that i know of. Grey silo is a close second. Tee boxes are in great shape, and flat. Fairways are awesome, greens are fast. Views are amazing!
Great course need to try out
The course condition is great and the green is fast too. Overall, this is a nice course and busy. Only thing is the power cart fee is too high per person. More than the clublink.
Cost of carts
Great course but Golf North is gouging patrons on the price of a cart. They are charging $30 a person for a power cart. That is $12 above market. They should be ashamed of themselves.
Great Layout
Fairly well kept course. Greens were a bit bumpy but rolling nice probably around a 10 on the stint meter. Solid course one of my favourites
Nice course
Course in good shape and greens are fast relative to most courses in region. Second time here, interesting layout, many elevated greens protected by steep drop offs, most fairways are wide, good challenge from Blue tees. Played in 3.45 minutes midday during week. Great deal for $26 walking. If walking, be prepared for a few longish walks between tees and some elevation, but very doable.
Carts are ridiculously priced.
In this Covid19 world, Golf North has made the consumer pay dearly, $30 for a single rider! Many or most others are much more reasonable.
If you are older or can't walk 18 holes anymore, be aware! All else is great here but that ruined my day.
Hot Round
This was my first round at Rebel Creek in several years and I was pleasantly surprised at the condition of the course. The greens rolled true and were refreshingly quick. The tee decks were relatively clean. The only disappointment was a mower operator who continued to cut around the tee deck at full speed while we were trying to tee off. Other than that, it was a hot day at the course!
