Fun Course
Ashbrook is a fun course with a decent challenge for the average golfer. Good condition and well maintained.
Good and bad
Front nine was 2 hours and 35 minutes long and no Marshall comes out to hurry things along or have our group pass the next despite there being 2-3 holes open ahead of that group. On one of the hottest days of the year there was no beverage cart, can't support a course that can't support its golfers. Prices are a little off too, small range balls are $10 and a beer is $9. These prices don't match your clientel and I feel like its going to drive business away.
Greens are in decent shape the course needs some work

A solid course
Pace of play was excellent. The greens were a bit damaged but it has been dry weather.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Open and firm
First time it had been very dry and the course was hard and brown. Second time much greener but still pretty firm. Ball runs well, but greens do not hold and hardly makes a mark. Extremely forgiving and a few scenic spots, make for an enjoyable round.

Extremely forgiving with some extremely contoured greens. Needs a little more conditioning as the greens do not hold and the fairways are tough to take divots from.
Fun Course
Ash brook is a great place to play, not too hard but still challenging. Course is in pretty good shape as well.

Course was wet but playable. When the weather improves this a great fun and challenging course to play
Coming back nicely
Played this course many time over the years and it had gone down hill for the last several years. It has turned the corner and has improved greatly since last year. The fairways have grass and the greens were fast, although a few greens had some rough spots. Overall I would like to give the course a 3.5 rating, as I would rate the course just down the road slightly better at a 4. A good value with a hot deal. I would go back again.
