We had a 11.56 T time
When we got to the course, they had a tournament going and had to squeeze us on at hole number 10 they do this at Ashbrook all the time.
Day at Ashbrook
Nice layout in good condition. Friendly staff in the clubhouse but little presence on the course. Would play here again.
Course in good shape
Course in good shape, greens firm and nice speed. When we checked in, noted a men's league and 4 groups of ladies were ahead of us delaying our tee time. When I commented, the response was "that's what you get when you book with Golfnow". This was not appreciated. Had a nice breakfast sandwich and played the front in over 3 hours. The groups in front of us only played 9 holes so back 9 was a better pace. Would check for leagues/tournies before I play here again.
Nice course well maintained.
Course was in great shape, greens were fast. Will be back again.
Ashbrook
Great course but probably due to all the rain this year the course is a little rough. Little shaggy in the fairways. Still a great course if you don't like the crowds
One Off
This particular day was a one off as the course was so wet? We walked 18 holes and every hole was soaked; however, have played it a couple of times prior to this date and it was beautiful. Will definitely go back as I am sure there was just a lot of rain before we played.
Save your money
I don;t play here very often and now I remember why. Course has no drainage to speak of. I will not be returning.
Well Worth the Drive
The course was wet but that was to be expected with all the wet weather we have been having. The greens had been aerated but still ran very nicely. The Staff were very friendly. I will definitely be playing here again.
Good Value for your money
Courese was challenging and good value for the money I paid to play.
Great value.
I like fast greens and they roll really nicely at Ash Brook.
A lot of risk reward shots.
A gettable course with some tough par 3's and easy par 5's.
The layout is great for members, leagues, and tournaments because of lots of spots around the course to socialize.
Good course, good service, and really great value.
Average course
Friendly staff, very flat course we had a cart but you can walk it very easy, fairways pretty dry , greens were well maintained and in good shape, I would play again if the price was right.
A pleasant layout
A good layout nothing special.greens were in fairly good shape.Maintenance workers oblivious too driving into my line of play numerous times just as i am pulling the trigger.. clubhouse is 70s retro look which i like
Value course for locals
Firstly the guy in the proshop was down right rude. Apparently the time I booked using a 3rd party online sight only gave me and my buddy the right to play and that he would "tell me when I could go out" and would not honor the 8:04am tee time since apparently that was the first tee time and there were already plenty of members there ready to go out before us. Please get this straightened out!
However two great members allowed us to join up with them and we had a very enjoyable time. This is an easy course, rated 69.1 par 72 thanks to several short par 5s. Even though I brought my "C" game we had a great time with the members.
This is a good course for locals. It provides an affordable 18 hole 6,000+ yard experience. It is also a very easy walk.
There is another course near by that is worth the extra money IMHO so you get what you pay for.
I always walk an 18 at Ash Brook when I am in town and will continue to do so even with my poor proshop experience.
Hopefully you will get matched up with some of their members. They all seem like great folk.
Enjoyable round.
Pace was good and conditions were pretty good.
Looks like they punched their greens recently.
No marshal on the course but didn't have any issues.
Fun course to play
Great morning round during the summer. Very pretty, long holes, short holes, not too hard for new players, some challenges for more experienced players. Mini-putt and driving range there too. Good staff, good pace of play.
great value for the money
very good value for the money, staff extremely helpful and polite
