North Granite Ridge Golf Club

About
North Granite Ridge Golf Club spans 320 acres of beautiful woodlands in the heart of Muskoka. The layout plays through large boulders and towering trees across dramatic elevation changes provided by granite ridges, hence the name. The greens are undulating and the fairways are quite narrow, demanding both accuracy and skillful course management. It is home to the longest par 5 in Muskoka at 622 yards from the back tees. The challenges of the golf course are complemented by panoramic views that stretch deep into the forest, providing some scenic respite. Opened in 1999, North Granite Ridge Golf Club is fairly new but it has quickly become one of the area's must-play golf courses.

NGR IS THE BOMB
Great condition. Huge improvement year over year. Kudos to the Golf Super.
Great day out
Course in really good condition. Staff friendly and helpful. Pace of play much better than the last time I played here. Many nice holes.
A favorite
We love this course and plan a vacation around playing here every year.
Great Layout, really good condition.
Whoever NGR hired as their Superintendent gets very high marks from me. Dramatically better condition than ever before and the bunkers, green collars, approaches look like the best Private Club.
Greens are smooth and a pure roll.
Beautiful Course
First time playing here. Was very picturesque. Course was in great condition. Would highly recommend to friends and coworkers.
Treat us like babies
Apparently one time someone hit a car with a golf cart and now nobody is allowed to bring their cart in the parking lot, very annoying. Considering it's in the middle-aged of nowhere maybe they could make it a little more forgiving. Very tight, lots of lost balls.

Course is in excellent shape and the staff were very nice. 4.5 hours not the fastest but not too bad.
Course was a bit wet due to a downpour the day before. Despite the rain the course was in great shape overall. Very picturesque. Staff were very friendly and informative. Would definitely play again.
