Many of the tee boxes were under repair on the back nine. A lot of work which shortened many of the holes.
Hitting off mats in the middle of the fairway.
Not worth the price while these upgrades are being dome.
$36 for a cart !!
Entire course was under construction. Had to tee off of range mats on several holes. Worst part was they charge $36 per rider for a cart !!! That is ridiculous !
Maintenance going on
there is a lot of Maintenance going on right now on the course very muddy the course has been altered for 9 tee blocks over all just not a fun day golfing .. but the norm is a great course play here for years .. I would not recommend going right now
Course in awful condition
Not worth the money, course conditions were awful due to on going construction. Coupled with wet conditions made playing unenjoyable. The management should warn players of this. I will not play this course this year until the course construction is completed

Under serious construction
Unfortunately bad experience this year. 1 hour Frost delay that management did not advise ahead of tee time. Over priced range bucket, $19 for a large, under 80 balls at best. All tee boxes under construction, had to play forward at red tees. Condition was not well maintained, patchy greens. Slow pace of play. Beverage cart came by on hole 2 and 17 only. This place use to be better

All 9 tee boxes are temporary on the back , 3 on the front !
4 tee boxes are driving range mats ! This is a practice course for this year !
Course needs a little more time to be ready
To be fair, the weather was bad - but I was out there!
About half the tee decks (?) are being worked on (big reconstruction project). No notice of that anywhere.
Many of the fairways were extremely wet causing plugged lies and muddy balls. Was surprised to find that.
Might’ve been wiser to wait a few more days to visit Bloomington Downs....
Construction
The course is currently under construction with new Tee boxes been added and the course length being increased. This course is a hidden gem a great play for the $$ a huge driving range. With this expansion there are a few 400 yds par 4 from the new blue tees. These are great additions and will offer some good challenges. Water is rarely in play and there are enough holes with doglegs to make the game interesting. There is a few par 4 around 300yds for you to whale away at it. Overall I really like the course and will be back.
Under construction
Pretty much every tee box is under construction right now, so not playing as it should. Once everything’s done should be a bit more challenging. Weather was sketchy so the course was empty so no issues with pace. Still early so nothing’s really up and running yet. Will play again later in the season
Decent deal for the conditions
The staff in the clubhouse are extremely friendly and helpful. The grounds are currently under construction as they are re-doing their tee boxes at the time of writing this interview, so the green fees are discounted which is nice. Had no issue with pace of play. The conditions are good for it being the beginning of the season. Would play here again.
