Love this course
We have been playing at Bloomington Downs for a few years now and truly love the course and the staff. Today the pace of play was not good and without a Marshall around, the group in front of us really caused a back up. They didn’t even try to play ready ball and did not try to pick up their pace. In fact, they had no one in front and hung out at the tee box, I don’t know why… but a Marshall would have helped out a lot.

Well kept course. Nice to see grounds crew still
out doing a good job. Pace of play was a bit slow for a weekday afternoon. It was nice for the pro shop attendant to ask if I was a senior. Many courses don’t ask. Course is relatively flat but still challenging. It was nice to walk vs ride. Would definitely play it again.

My consistent and ongoing complaint with Bloomington Downs is they allow foursomes off the back nine at ALL hours of the day. I have raised this with their staff and are not willing to change this practice. Nothing more frustrating than to have a great pace going and run into three slow foursomes filling up the tenth hole.
