Bloomington Downs Golf Club

To be fair, the weather was bad - but I was out there!

About half the tee decks (?) are being worked on (big reconstruction project). No notice of that anywhere.

Many of the fairways were extremely wet causing plugged lies and muddy balls. Was surprised to find that.

Might’ve been wiser to wait a few more days to visit Bloomington Downs....

The course is currently under construction with new Tee boxes been added and the course length being increased. This course is a hidden gem a great play for the $$ a huge driving range. With this expansion there are a few 400 yds par 4 from the new blue tees. These are great additions and will offer some good challenges. Water is rarely in play and there are enough holes with doglegs to make the game interesting. There is a few par 4 around 300yds for you to whale away at it. Overall I really like the course and will be back.

Pretty much every tee box is under construction right now, so not playing as it should. Once everything’s done should be a bit more challenging. Weather was sketchy so the course was empty so no issues with pace. Still early so nothing’s really up and running yet. Will play again later in the season

The staff in the clubhouse are extremely friendly and helpful. The grounds are currently under construction as they are re-doing their tee boxes at the time of writing this interview, so the green fees are discounted which is nice. Had no issue with pace of play. The conditions are good for it being the beginning of the season. Would play here again.

This is one of my favourite courses, it’s not crazy hard and a good mix of difficulty. it covers everything I need. Right now with the back 9 being under costrution you’re losin a lot of yardage which I think it should be a lot cheaper until it is in better shape.

Played this course before and its decent, but not right now when 10 out of 18 tee block are under construction...its a mess!

They didn't finished construction, so there aren't tee boxes. The course is so mass.

The back 9 is under construction so the price is great right now and the golf is still decent
