Great spot for a round of golf, tricky valley section. First round the greens were in very good condition

A GORGEOUS COURSE and Wonderful Staff!
I brought my friends there to play around of golf for his birthday. We were blessed with a glorious day, and I thoroughly enjoyed being there again.!! I stay there a couple of times before and it’s one of my favourite courses!

Beautiful well maintained course
We had a great time with beautiful weather. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The course has both narrow and open holes with some challenges. A very well maintained course.

Close to the city but tight. Finishing hole on 18 is a joke. All up hill and roped off. Who ever heard of a par 5 with no cart access!

Last game of the year????
Starter suggested their plan was to close on the weekend, but enjoyed likely last game of the the year at RHGC. Staff had done a very good job of blowing leaves off the course. It was a chilly blustery bright day, so their efforts helped and were appreciated. Kind of silly to rate conditions in Nov in Ontario. Suffice to say tee boxes have seen better days, as well as bunkers. Otherwise you know what you are going to get at RHGC. Pretty quick, test greens, and decent fairways for the most part. some low lying and shaded areas do tend to get beat up. Pace of play always seems to be a challenge in the bottlenecks of the course.Enjoyable day. Now have to make it last until March or April.
