Shawneeki Golf Club

Enjoyed our first round of the season here at Shawneeki golf course and was fantastic! Overall course was well maintained and easy to get around. The difficulty level is moderate if you play it safe. The carts were all in great condition. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will be back again soon to play another round!

A little far from home but worth the drive. Great layout, well kept fairways and greens. Bunkers also well kept with soft sand. Will be back.

The course was in good condition, greens rolled well. Maintenance staff very attentive to greens on very hot day. Played on a Sat 1:00 tee time, played at 4 1/2 hours exactly.

Held small tournament with 6 foursomes that made pace of play unbearable. Ridiculous that Marshal did nothing about it. Twosome with us left at the turn. Brutal…

We were a twosome walking behind the 1st group off, a foursome with 2 walkers and 2 riders. We waited on 15 of 18 holes as they didn't want to let us play thru. No one on course to get them to let us through. Course had a large shotgun tournament at noon. Too bad.

One of my favourites! Good value, course is in great shape. Staff are all A-1.

Played course with my 82 year old Dad. We had not played Shawnekee in 15+ years. Course was in perfect shape and we really enjoyed our round playing with a couple that we were put with. Although the course was busy with not so seasoned golfers that slowed the play more than a few times, Dad and I really had a great time. Well done to the staff at the course! We will be back soon.

Course conditions were excellent. Haven’t played it in about 3 years. They have certainly made and maintained the conditions better than I recall in previous years. Pace of play however was slow, not sure why. The groups ahead of me were waiting so not their fault. I would go back still.
