Greens at Renton - Green Nine

About
The Greens at Renton, located in the southwestern community of Simcoe, offers three nine-hole courses that are played in three different 18-hole combinations. Although the nines are nearly identical in ratings and yardages, nine new lakes were strategically added when expanding the original 18 holes at the club and many of the existing holes were redesigned to increase the level of challenge. The Green Course is flat, making it enjoyable to walk. Some of the fairways are narrow and there are trees throughout. There is also the occasional sand trap. The Greens at Renton is also home to a well equipped practice facility that features an expansive driving range, practice bunkers, and a chipping green.

15 year absence
Course was more mature than 15 years ago. Pro shop is well stocked. Staff was cordial and kind some areas of the course should be better marked specially areas where the three nine converge. Fortunately, I played with members otherwise I would have been lost as to the t blocks to play from. Course looks well maintained.
Incredibly Rude Staff
The restaurant was a waste of time and terrible experience. New server was very rude
Bring your Woolies and waterproof golf shoes
The course was really wet due to the rainy weather we've been having. We were surprised that they were letting people golf even though it was cart path only. The greens were in pretty good shape though and decently quick surprisingly. Kudos to the ground crews that we're cutting some areas and trying to blow the leaves off the fairways. Lost quit a few balls today as the rough was pretty deep and lots of leaves. Normally this is a good course to play during the summer. That's my last round of golf for 2021, cleanup the club's and pack away for the winter.
Always a interesting course to play with a lot of variety of holes. Well worth laying,
