About
Rockway Vineyards Golf Course offers an 18-hole championship round with the Niagara Escarpment and the Rockway Conservation Area serving as the backdrop. The course sprawls across the vineyards of the Rockway Vineyards Estate Winery. The rolling landscape provides tricky elevation changes and there are numerous ponds and bunkers throughout the golf course. The layout features large, sculpted greens and fairways that are flanked by more than 60 sand bunkers. The front nine features a challenging set of par 4s and fast, undulating greens. Vineyards's back nine begins gently with short approach shots and birdie opportunities but becomes more challenging once you hit the 13th hole, a par-4 dogleg left.

Great course
Played here for the first time on Sunday.
Lovely course, lovely nice friendly staff.
Bit short and not the most challenging but course is really well kept and excellent value for money
Rockway
Course conditions are great. Rough is very punishing. Greens were difficult for me to read since I am not accustomed to putting on bent grass. Only issue I had was I didn’t see any fresh water dispensers anywhere on the course or any decent restrooms anywhere on the course. About half the ball washers had water in them as well.
I recommend the course as long as you play the appropriate tees.
Trap work
Hit and miss with the traps. Some good, some thin filled with stones, others a pond need drainage.
Sooo SloooooW
5.45 hours to play. Course was packed. 3 groups at times waiting to tee off. Course rough is too deep. Players having to spend too much time searching for ball. Players smarten up. I averaged 4 ball mark repairs per green. If you are unable to fix your ball mark. Find another sport.
Always in Good Condition
I'm local and this is a great local track. Weather was a little overcast and windy but the course played well. Greens had been punched a week prior but were in good shape. A wee bit "furry" but no big bumps.
Love this course.
How to body with me, that was just learning and he loved the course too. We were a little slowed up was just the 2 of us with cart but didn't matter , it was a beautiful day and the beer was cold. Staff great as always. Gonna wait till weather warms up again and will be the first place we book.
Course has always been pretty good, need some super serious work on the bunkers, wasn’t a good bunker on the course. Grabbed a hotdog at the snack shack, it was a cut in half hotdog about 5” put on an 8” massive stale bun for $6, what a ripoff, if you’re going to charge top dollar for food and golf, I do expect all conditions to be good
