Bethesda Grange Golf Course

Course was in great shape and the round was complete in 3:45

We got there early and wanted to hit some balls around and all the marshal did was try to move us to another course because we were 3 "teenagers". it was clear we didn't fit in to the club, but as three guys who just wanted to go out and play around the environment well like we were under a microscope the whole time. We were constantly being watched by the marshal through the bushes or when they drove by (6 times) to look for any excuse to get us off the course. I play golf every week or so, and never have I been treated like this on a golf course. This is what ruined my golf day.

The drink hut had nice staff through.

Terrible customer service from the starter. Arguing back and criticizing us for being 1 minute late on the tee box. Saying during Covid times there is no leniency. $96/person and this what we get. Maybe don't book the tee times so close together during these times. The golf carts barely run, you need to sit there for about 10 seconds each time revving it before it moves. Absolutely disappointing experience.

Beautiful course and the conditions where great ... greens are perfect and very green along with fairways .... Definitely will be back again :)

Played late afternoon on a perfect weather day. Not too hot or cold. Course was in good shape except for the tee boxes. Got lucky with no crowds.

Started on time and took only 4 hours.

The course was in amazing shape for the price but the lack of a cart server was kind of insane given how busy the course was.

Overall it was awesome and I will definitely be back again!

This course is a complete waste of valuable golf time. Staff rushed us off twice even though we played 18 holes in under 4 hours... when the average course time is supposed to be 4:20. 4somes are packed like sardines into 10 min slots at best. Spoke to management about the issue and was scolded for speaking up about the concern. Treated like second class golfers. Terrible experience. Will never visit this subpar course again. Course is tight, fairways from other holes practically intersect with yours... they are so close. Dont waste your time here. I wouldn't be paid to come back. How club link is affiliated with this club is beyond me.

We like to play this course whenever we're in Toronto. We were paired with a nice local couple on a sunny hot day. The pace was very slow might be due to overbooked. The group (four youths) behind us were very impatient and twice hit the ball fairly closed to us on the fairway. On the relatively short no.8 hole par 4 while we still putting on the green, the group behind us hit a tee shot landed on our cart beside the green. When we waited at the no.9 tee, the lady paired with us went to tell the group what happen and requested them not to do it again. However, the youth shouted back at her and said we were too slow. The lady told them that we have to wait for the group in front of us on every hole. The youth did not care and used rude languages yelling at us. The lady called the club house to complain, a Marshal showed up a few minutes later and talked to the youth group. Afterward they behaved better, but they still had a loud argument with another group (on the adjacent fairway) that nearly hit by a ball from the youth group. Beside the above incident, we enjoyed the round very much and will definitely be back.

I have played 5 different courses in the last 10 days and this by far was in the best condition.

Fairways were still green and the greens rolled perfect.

I’m sure they have went through a ton of water keeping it up to this standard - well done Grange staff.

My only negative observation was when we went into the parking lot at 6.45am this morning, it was littered with garbage. Not a great welcome to any newbies..

The straps that secure the golf bag to the cart were negligently maintained, resulting in them both popping open multiple times and my golf bag falling off the cart. This led to my driver snapping (see attached picture). I fully expect for my driver to be replaced as this was directly caused by the negligence of the golf course in maintaining their golf carts.
