Play was slow. The 4 some in front let 2 holes open up in front of them and the "marshal" ???? aparently did nothing to speed up play.
The game should be directly in front of you not directly behind you
In Between Storms
Walked the course yesterday in between 2 rain storms. The course was ok fairway bit dry but greens were good. The pace was slow as we were behind a group of novice golfers where the ladies were teeing off the white tees although the front tees would be better suited.
Overall, I would return to play again as the green fee was bargain price.
First Time/18 holes on weekend
I am not an avid golfer but do enjoy the game. The course here is nice but some of the holes are very close together which makes it easy for ppl to get confused.
The staff is friendly, however felt rushed quite a bit on the first 9. I thought it was usually 4 holes per hour for a foursome, but we were being told to pick up the pace as it should be 10 minutes per hole for the front 9 and that plus few minutes extra on the back 9. Which doesn't make sense as that is only 90 minutes for half the course and the whole reservation is 4 hours 20 minutes. If they want ppl to rush they should reduce the reservation time or just let ppl play if they are finishing 4 holes an hour, you can't relax and enjoy the game otherwise. Also, I think the ppl behind us were impatient as they got in altercation with another group on the course, some ppl are just like that you can't help it but that shouldn't be our problem.
All in all it was decent. Would probably like to try another course next time.

Needs better maintenance
Super expensive for an average day. Only reason I tried it is because it played 6400-6500 yards which nowadays is hard to find within a reasonable drive. However the money was not worth the maintenance of the course... AT ALL. Save your money, go somewhere else. Super terrible pace of play. Not great service at all.
Always improving
The course is in great shape and they're new guidelines on slow play makes for a stress free round.
Nice track, very generous
Easy to get to quick from toronto, good condition, friendly staff. Day was packed, parking lot full but staff managed to keep pace of play above standard. Fun course, very forgiving. Will be back
