Not enough bang for the buck....
Really hope they can get this place back into shape in the next 6 weeks.
I like this place - a lot - but to charge 63$ on a weekend for the shape it’s currently in is not worth it. The greens are average. Burn marks, sand streaks and chunks missing in places. Grass around greens is ok, not great. Tee boxes are heavily worn. Fairways ok. Mark one of the Pros is the best - awesome people here - but man they need to get to work if they wanna charge nearly 70$ To ride 18 on any day of the week. For that money play Norwich or CT National for the same money or less.

Greens had sand mounds; obviously they didn’t cut them today.
The layout was beautiful; too many leaves out there; couldn’t find all my golf balls
Great Day
One of the more enjoyable rounds of the season. Course was in tremendous shape. Pace was good and even got to practice a little around the green since nobody was behind me. Great value since I paid nothing with GolfNow credits. Challenging but faiir. Hope I can make it back before the season ends.
DO NOT PLAY ON THE WEEKEND!
Course is in great shape, very friendly staff. If you enjoy walking, very walkable course. Hit our first shot at 1:27pm, did not finish 9 holes until 4:52pm. Almost 3.5 hour front 9, not once did a ranger or staff member come along for pace of play.
Very nice course but played very slow. Didn’t get to finish. It took 5 hours to complete 15 holes.
Decent course but SLOW
There's no excuse for our last two rounds here to take 5 and half hours each. No attempt to have staff out to intercede with incredibly slow play and a five-some. There are better alternatives out there.
