OK for the time of year
Over seeded fairways were ok. Greens were ok but patchy. Pace of play was really poor and the rangers didn’t seem to care too much. We teed off at 1.10. Sunset is around 5.30 this time of year. We reached 16 just before five. An employee came by and told us we had to finish-he was picking the flags up. We asked ‘Why’?’ and he said that they wanted to get home. Not sure I’ve ever heard of that on a golf course. I guess the customer doesn’t always come first.
For the price, a decent experience, but book your tee time nice and early
A drunk fiesta
Slowest most disrespectful. Drunk golfers causing extremely slow play. Ruined the outing altogether. And no Marshalls regulating pace or disrespectful behavior of patrons.
Would recommend to stay clear of this place!
6 handicap
Did not enjoy lost balls by green due to laying cut grass greens were in rough shape go elsewhere shot 82 on par 70. Wish they would have told me they scalped the greensides and fairways. Ps on going to 9 take the 1st street to the right no sign directing u guess they don't mind inebriated golfers on the main rds. I got lost die to no signs directing me.
Need signs!!
overall, was an excellent course. Nice fairways, greens in excellent condition, good value. It's just very difficult to navigate the course and is such an easy fix with signs or label the holes.

This is probably the best condition this course has ever been. Consistent greens, plush fairways.
Good course, good condition
Course in good condition, greens run true and smooth. Pace was slow, marshall was nice, but failed to speed up the slow group in front. Overall a nice course and fun round, would recommend.
Course is great. Terrible golfer is not an option on the menu.
Nice Day to Play
Fairways are in great shape, Greens need some work, i played there before and greens have been alot better before. Pace of play was good considering being busy. Staff very friendly, Great day to play golf. overall a good experience. will be back, I recommend.
Better all the time but still not there yet.....
Management he done a good job last few years bringing this course back. Still just needs a little more around the edges so to speak. Tee to green is pretty solid generally (only a few spots here and there need attention) Just a little more “beautification” details and it would be the best public in town. From the tips it’s already the hardest in the area other than Red Hawk.
Looking spectacular
Horizon right now has some lush green fairways though out the course. What ever they're doing is paying off. Some greens could use some extra attention. Other than that it's a beautiful place to play and I'll be back soon.
