eQuinelle Golf Club

I love eQuinelle. The only reason I lowered their score on food/beverage is that they got rid of Mill St. Organic from the beer list and they have a temporary trailer as their clubhouse (but a new one is under construction). The cost is excellent for the quality of golf and the staff is the best. I'd golf here all the time if I lived in Kemptville. Look for their rain deal if you want the most economical option.

With the exception that the course was still a bit damp and it was cart path only, the experience was excellent. Greens are in amazing shape, great value for the money!

Course was a good challenge in windy conditons. Only downside was an overzealous marshall on parking on grass on side of pathway.

Played eQuinelle for the first time this year, though the course was damp from the heavy rains the night before and the winds were gusting sometimes up to 30Km, the course was in excellent condition and the greens were receptive and running true. The course challenges all levels of players and is a great mix of hole to make you play draws or fades.

This course is a real joy to play with a beautiful layout that keeps challenging you through out the whole 18. The fairways were in mid July shape and the greens roled very true. I strongly recommend this course if you have not been add to your to do list.

This course is on par with some of the best courses in florida exquisite fairways beautiful bunkers a joy to play.

In full disclosure, it was a beauty fall day that was slowed by a frost delay....which is understood.... We were beyond 3 hrs after 10 complete holes. Upon contacting the clubhouse to Marshall things along... The Marshall came out to 'prove' that we were on time, pointing to his time sheet.. Funny, as almost as soon as he left, we were able to confirm that they had done bugger all to move the slow pokes. We could clearly see that there were two full holes empty. To the Marshall's... Sure, you get free golf... But you still have an obligation to keep people moving and to remove slow pokes. To argue an indefensible position is just ignorant. PS to find slow pokes, drive backwards. Regression analysis... If holes are open, the first group u come across are the culprits.... Not those kicking about slow play.

This course is located in the middle of no where, and whilst nice... It ain't Augusta. $60 on 'special' pricing, with a cart at this time of year is insulting for the rubbish level of courtesy..and slow play

Won't go back. I would say less, but....

A very nice course and with the golf now discount a great value, our group will definitely play there again.

Played from the blues this course offers the mid to low handicapper a great test of golf. I am an 8 and it beat me up today. The nice thing about this track is the shape fairways, tees and real treat and a great course to walk and carry.

A very nice course. I will be back. Watch out for hole # 1, it is a great starting hole.

Interesting course, all the holes are different, greens in good shape, especially challenging in the wind.

Notre première visite s'est très bien déroulée. Les verts étaient d'une bonne vitesse. Le seul hic, c'est qu'il n'y a pas d'eau potable sur le terrain et qu'il n'y avait pas de voiturette de breuvages...ce n'est que sur le deuxième 9 qu' employé est passé avec de l'eau. Récemment nous avons joué sur un terrain où il n'y a pas d'eau potable et au premier trou le "marscall" a remis une bouteille d'eau à chaque joueur. Un geste qui ne coûte pas cher à l'entreprise mais qui est apprécié.

I have played this course a couple times before. Unfortunately they aerated all the greens and some of the fairways which made the short game that much more difficult. Not sure why they would do that in August. Had we known that the course was being aerated we would not have booked it.

First off, the first two holes set the tone and really show it's difficulty on the 7-9th stretch which continues the same pattern on the back nine. This course offers something for any skill, having wide but well bunkered fairways, level square tee blocks always reminds me of tournament play, big but undulating greens. The only negative aspect, at least from the tips, I found I hit a lot of the same clubs into the greens, 8,7,pw & 3 or 4 irons. But that can be changed with the pin placement. I also found who ever put the pins in we're putting them too deep, which made rough edges. Overall, the starter said I'd be impressed and I was. Fun an enjoyable.

Excellent condition for a young course, only 3 year old

Fairways in perfect condition! Although greens had been recently aerated, the ball rolled true and fast!

Second time I played this course this year. It is a very nice & challenging course. Very disappointed that the two for one Hot Deal was because greens had been aerated and would not have gone if I had known this in advance. Earlier this year the course was immaculate.

As usual for Equinelle, the conditions were A+++ and the pace of play fast!

Cant say enough great things about this course, one of THE best in the Ottawa region if not the best!
