About
eQuinelle Golf Club is the centerpiece of eQuinelle Master-Planned Golf Course Community, an upscale residential community in Kemptville. It opened in 2009, making it one of Ottawa's newer courses but it quickly garnered a following as one of the best public golf courses in the area. The layout features massive, undulating greens and bent grass fairways that have subtle contours. Golfers will have to contend with many large, strategically positioned bunkers and some tricky natural fescue areas. There are five sets of diverse tees, giving golfers the ability to make the golf course as challenging as they want. eQuinelle's signature hole is the par-3 16th. This 170-yard hole plays over water to a very wide, contoured green that slopes severely to the right. Tall maples form a horseshoe around the green and there's also a pond to the right. Pin placement will play an important role on this tough hole.

Great day at Equinelle!
The course was in fantastic shape other than the greens were punched which made some putts a little more difficult. It is what you would expect this time of year thought. Front staff was great from parking lot shuttle driver right through to starter at first tee. Definitely one of my favourite courses in the area.
Great course for a round with friends
Great course and the best beverage cart lady in the city.
great course
Course is great and always in prestine condition but there`s no club house or facilities yet. Therefore an average rating for overall facilities is average at best.
Very Slow Pace of Play
Conditions were very good. Pace of play terribly slow. Course was packed.
Awesome course
No. 1 is all carry, but not a much carry as iiy seems.
No.16 is a great par 3
Nice course!
eQuinelle is a fairly new course but is in fantastic shape with lush fairways immaculate greens.
A Nice Afternoon on the Links
eQuenelle is a picturesque course with enough challenge to keep one coming back. The fairways are immaculate and the bunkers at key landing spots and surrounding the green's force one to play strategic golf.
Course has eye appeal
A great track for the price. Every hole is well layed out from tee to green. Will definitely be back again.

Let the Wind Blow
Excellent course and great conditions overall. The wind made for some additional challenge but didn't dampen the experience. Look forward to playing Equinelle again - maybe with a bit less wind!
Great Course
Great service, conditions and very little hold ups as the make you wait until the group ahead leaves the first green.
This course has a great layout and excellent conditions
This course has a great and user friendly layout.
Some challenging but fair holes.
The course condition was fairly good, although some remnants of greens aeration and fairways verticutting were still noticeable.
Course, especially the speed of the greens, should be in great shape in another week or two.
Only major thing missing is a permanent clubhouse, but that is apparently coming next year.
first time but not the last
I have to travel o the Ottawa area frequently for work and I think this course is a hidden gem and you cant go wrong for the price.

Equinelle is great
Equinelle is one of the best courses in eastern Ontario. The value for your dollar is excellent.
Ottawa best golf course
Excellent golf course I wish I could play second round, fairway neat and clean, green was fast and excellent condition, friendly stuff , Marshall was great person, hopefully I will play again next year,
good course could be great
The club house leaves a bit to be desired but the layout and the staff are amazing worth the drive.
Too many houses too close to fairways
Too many houses being built too close to the course this is going to ruin the feel of the course and I would hate to count the broken windows
Once all the building is done this will not be my preferred course to play
A true Jewel in the Ottawa area
I love this course. Bent grass tees, fairways and greens, Summer rules apply! Though I never score well here, I will continue to come back to play due to the challenges it offers and the superb course conditioning and design, a true championship style.
If the houses are coming into play I think you should find a new hobby. I have played at least 10 rounds at eQuinelle, never once seen a house come into play
