Beautiful course
The tallgrass ate up a few balls but this course is in near-pristine condition. Great aesthetics with the tall grass, creek, pond, and trees. Hard greens but the fairways were great.
Hidden Gem
This course is challenging and fun. It is impeccably manicured and cared for. The greens are perfect and fast and the change in setting from the front 9 to the back 9 is unique and awesome. The drive through the best farmland in the Midwest is worth making to this off the beaten path beauty. As an added benefit, the staff and people of Seneca embody the the best that Kansans have to offer.
As and added benefit, the grill has a great menu and can produce some of the best steaks you’ll find! 100% recommend going to play.
Can’t beat Spring Creek!
What an awesome course, always leave there pleased! Excellent course, enjoy the open layout. Staff is excellent, super friendly. Great food, cold beverages, we drive an hour and 15 minutes both ways just to play there!! Check it out you won’t be disappointed!
Very nice course
It was a little windy, but settled down as we played and had a good time.
We started at 11:00 and got done at 2:30 so had a great pace of play, we'll play again.
Gem
Love coming to play this course. Started last year played 3 times and well worth the value and the drive from Manhattan. Truly a gem all the way around.
Green means green
The greens are pretty green and the t boxes are some of the best I’ve seen in Kansas. Everything is well maintained and the staff is always friendly. A bit tough to play but worth it!!
Great Course
If this course was in a more populated area it would have been more expensive and far more difficult to get a tee time. Great course, a lot of fun to play. Very well maintained. A+
Annoying mower
Everything about this course was 5 stars except for 1 mower. I know playing in the morning makes you deal with mowers but this guy was almost adamant to be in the way and be impatient. Twice he hurried me through a shot and seemed upset when I didn’t get out of his way.
Other than that it was a great experience and I’ll be back
Fantastic course for the money
This course is fantastic if this was in a bigger town it would be $50. The greens roll great. Nice friendly staff. Condition is great. You have to come play this course.
Great Course!!!
This is an amazing course and set in a beautiful small town. The layout is challenging yet enjoyable. The clubhouse staff were extremely friendly and did a great job. The whole experience exceeded every expectation!
Great course
Must stay in fairways unless you take a lot of balls. Nice layout. Great condition.
You Gotta Play This Course
One of the best 18 hole golf courses in Northeast Kansas. Fairways are in excellent shape, native grasses will make you think twice about letting the ball stray right or left and the greens are fast and true. Settle in for some fun on the front and get ready for some trouble on the back. Greens tend to roll so you might want to run the ball on. Not too far or you'll be off the green! Go for the golf then stay for great food in the clubhouse.
Lovely Course
This 18 hole golf course is one of the premier courses in Northeast Kansas. It's worth your time to travel to this challenging, excellent condition course. You're rewarded for fairway tee shots, but don't stray to far because native grasses will eat your golf ball. It's always a good idea to have several with you! The bent grass greens are true and let you roll the ball instead of hit it. The Staff is always friendly and the clubhouse has a variety of lunchtime items for your enjoyment.
Hidden Gem!
Great track! We travel an hour and a half a few times a year to play Spring Creek! It is an awesome course that you can tell the community of Seneca takes pride in! It is always in excellent shape with fast greens and great food in the clubhouse! It is definitely worth a drive and a true hidden gem outside the big city!
