Too Many high school/college students

Friday afternoon was a bad time of day to try to play this course because of the number of high school and college students, most of them were new golfers with little knowledge of golf etiquette. They were dangerous and more interested in drinking beer instead of golfing. No more on Fridays.

Decent 9 holes

Course is still recovering from winter and the tee boxes need some attention. It’s a nice nine hole layout .

Hidden Gem! Great Local Course!

When I first went here I didn’t expect it to be nearly as great as it was! It’s a 9 hole course with no driving range so I assumed it wouldn’t be kept up as well as some of the other courses I play at. I couldn’t have been more wrong! The greens are in great shape, super well kept, and super fast! Way faster than you’d expect from a 9 hole or public course. The layout is also fun. Holes 1-3 are pretty open and good for warming up before getting into the trickier holes. Hole 4 you get your first water hazard and it’s a longer hole! Hole 5 is a fun shot through a narrow gap in the trees. Hole 6 is a fun island shot! Hole 7 is another narrow shot through the trees. Hole 8 is a fun short hole where you can hit flop shots to the green! Despite it being a par 3 course, hole 4 and 9 have some length so you can use your driver at times. And the course staff is all super friendly. You’ll also meet lots of nice people on the course. And the traffic is typically managed well! It’s a great course with not nearly the traffic it deserves!

Fun course

Since it is a par 3 course the main thing I look for is the green condition and these greens are great. Stay away from the down hill puts they can be fast and past 5-6 feet if you miss. Tee box need some work done on them. But over all a very fun course to play.

Shorter & Cheap!

For a beginner like myself this course is perfect. This is a par 3, 9 hole course. There are no holes over 200 yards which makes each tee shot reachable for someone of my skill set. The tee shot in front of the pond is beautiful and it is nice to watch your ball fly over the water or end up in the drink. There is a few tighter lines but mostly open holes with most holes having bunkers near the green. It males for a good variety of shots and can be a little tricky but mostly straight forward. The course may not be the prettiest but it is maintained well. It is cart path only but that's not an issue.

The reason I enjoy this course is because of how short it is and easier for someone like me. If you have a higher skill level and want more of a challenge then you may want to look elsewhere. The best part is that it is cheap. It was $15 per person when we went. You cant beat that for a quick round.

New golfer

The course is 9 holes and my family really enjoyed golfing together for the first time in 10 years. The golf carts and environment was clean and staff were so friendly and helpful. I recommend this course for first time golfers. I wish I could rate the course higher but it needed some improvements. The grass was missing and there was so much bare dirt. Hole 6 and 8 had so many mosquitoes that we we’re literally running for our life! Hole 9 had a golf cart pass that was not set up for passing and it was required for holes 6-8. Golfers at hole 9 were blocking us to get to them. Those golfers were just hanging out at 9 continuously hitting balls over and over. They had no etiquette and were rude to us. I know this wasn’t Cobblestone Golf Course’s fault and it was just rude people. I just wished the cart path at Hole 9 would have been better to avoid having to deal with those golfers. The club house is beautiful and very clean.

just dont

we made a tee time for 2:30 to play this little course. we got there and they told us we had to wait for a cart. we saw 4 of them sitting out front but they told us they were spoken for. we had pre paid for our round. we sat in the parking lot for an hour with people who were in front of us and no carts ever became available. we ended up just giving up and leaving. these people have no idea how to run a golf course or handle customers in my opinion. I recommend just go somewhere else.

Short game practice

Not a full size course. Okay if you want to work on short game. Requires accurate iron shots on some holes is why I rated 2 stars. Not worth the drive for me.A golfer could play this course in 30 minutes if no one is in front of you.

Practice course

Parking is somewhat limited but the club house was adequate. Carts were old but useable. The course was a par 3 type practice course. Layout wasn’t bad if you just want to practice. Course was not busy so I was able to work with ten year old grandson. Good place to introduce golf to a beginner.
