They needed to make sure there were enough carts for the 1 foursome ahead of us before issuing us a cart. Photo submitted by u6463401 on 08/20/2023

Poor service
Was walking only, however, cart paths were open and not hindered in any way by flooding or mud. Also we checked in at the pro shop and walked straight to the first tee. In that time the person who checked us in forgot that we checked in and accused us of sneaking onto the coarse.
swinging old man
Course needs attention on some of the fairways and sand traps. Erosion from the heavy rain and a poor drainage system makes it difficult to "repair" fairways and traps.
Staff is the major plus for this course. Always courteous and respectful. Hard to get this type of attitude at other courses, especially in these times.
Awful
They don’t sell alcohol at this course and didn’t have any water to drink (none on the course and none in the pro shop). The course was in terrible shape. No fairways and greens that were slow and shaggy: Tee boxes in rough shape and not flat.
Good overall
The course was flooded two days before my round. No carts allowed not even on cart path. No pull carts available at the course, have never seen that before. We decided to play even in all those circumstances. Great layout, greens ok but very poor tee boxes. Had fun playing some difficult holes, would recommend for a municipal style course.
Don't honor golfnow prices
Got charged $10 more than my booking online at golfnow.com. staff said that they only honor hot deals prices. Pretty rotten!
Not busy
Arrived early hoping to get out. No one visible on the course. Told I couldn’t tee off and had to wait on my scheduled time. Very frustrating and completely unwarranted.

Always enjoy playing this course not the longest but you get to hit driver a lot . It’s a fun course to play
Windy Round
Great day at The Links! The weather kept players at home, and I had the front nine to myself. The greens and traps are good. If players would repair divots, the greens would be much better. Overall, the course is in pretty good shape.
Confusing layout for first timer
Overall the course was in pretty good condition.
My issue was the layout and lack of signage. I played as a single and it was my first time here. The signs could be confusing as to where they really wanted me to go. Believe it was 17, not sure I teed off from the correct tees. #2 also has a hole that there’s another tee box right next to it. I would have teed off from the wrong box here had a group not let me play through and got me on the right box.
If you played here a few times this course could be a lot of fun when you’re not dealing with the lack of signage.
